I noticed this picture in the background of TMez speaking during David Gest's new documentary "Life Of An Icon". Is this real? I didn't think any image existed of MJ in the courtroom during his trial?

Or maybe it humors him? Mr. Mesereau always stated how ridiculous the media circus was- and the mock trial set up was the icing on the cake of utterly ridiculous.
Maybe he found it amusing? I have macros framed, maybe Mr. Mesereau finds humor in odd places himself?
