Guys, according to some people who live in England, they told me that in 2005, during the Michael Jackson Trial, there was support for him in Liverpool. Fans gathered on the streets of the city to defend their idol. Could anyone tell me if this is true? because at the time I no longer lived in England

I was living in Manchester at the time (1 hour away). I watched the Sky coverage every day and I didn't hear anything about that.

Never heard of that. there was a small protest in Dublin though. Not many showed up, but some fans did hold a demonstration of sorts.

You think they'd cover pro MJ news?

Sky would cover anything unusual that they think would get viewers.

They did cover the fans letting off doves in LA.

But at the time I was reading student newspapers and there was nothing in there either.

Why would there be a protest? A trial is what everyone wanted, to prove his innocence and get it out the way. It was probably just a gathering of 10 people.
