what are your favourite rap/hip-hop songs?
I'll start with a favourite that lifts the mood:
 
I'm more on the 'spitting rage and venom' side of things. Currently loving Denzel Curry's cover version of Rage Against The Machine's 'Bulls On Parade'. Otherwise here's a little list of faves:

I don't really want to flood.... because everything in my case will be 1990s ...i know the - 'second half' -of rap though 2000's nelly , jah , DMX, etc

1970s- 1980s Break dance/ beat
1987- 1996 - Rap Hip Hop Ganster rap -G funk
1996- 2005 -Death of rap with the exception of some acts. DMX RUFF *Riders, MOP.
2005 -onwards ..I dont know any too much...
