Registration.

Hi I know someone who would like to register, who used to be registered here a while ago. But everytime she tries to re-register a page comes up saying "you do not have authorisation to view this page". Are there no new registrations taking place?

(Sorry just realised that I've posted this in completley the wrong thread, can someone move it for me please).
