reinstated Pentums access to chat

Pentum inquired asking for acess to chat.
I explain why we had closed it and that access for some members was not reinstated
becuase of the past Incident _I reinstated his access as long as he doesnt ruffle feathers
and is respectful on the chat. He said he wouldnt cause any probs. Ill keep an eye on him
and first sign of any probs I will remove his access ..
