the one evidence I can show you is this: Michael fired Branca at 1990 and later rehired him back at 1993. The Sony/ATV catalog merger was done at 1995 and he's included in both 1997 and 2002 will of MJ.This shows that even though he was fired in 1990, at least between 1995 and 2002 he had once again a working relationship with Michael. In reality he worked with MJ during 1980-1990 and 1993-2006.

You are right about the reason for resigning at 2006 is out of Branca's mouth only. His 2009 rehirement story is told both by Branca and Dileo and apparently they filed the 2009 re-hiring letter with the court but it has not been made public.

Yeah, see I would need to buy that the wills are in fact valid to go along with that and I have my doubts. Anyone with a computer can fake a document these days.
In reality, Branca was fired in Feb.2003 and I do not think Micheal was lame enough to keep a will in place with someone he fired, as an executor. I agree to disagree with you.

Note in this letter that Branca was suppose to turn over all documents. That would have included a will I am pretty sure.

I am not gonna argue on the 2003 versus 2006 firing or resigning situation. As I said 2006 story is only told by Branca, he might have been fired in 2003 or then later be hired again and that document might not be public.

However about the will - it is important to remember that Branca is not the one who prepared the will. he referred MJ to a lawyer who is an estate specialist. The will was most probably in this lawyers possession. ( I really cannot think why Branca - his entertainment business lawyer would have MJ's will when 1)there is a separate estate/will lawyer involved 2) when MJ had a personal lawyer as well 3) he had a manager as well. IMO all of these 3 are more likely to hold on to a will than an entertainment lawyer). This lawyer might have brought the will to the executors when MJ died.

Getting back to the original question (quoted below): If you look at the case notes, you'll see that it is a petition from Billie Jean Jackson who claims she is Michael's spouse.

I check the Probate Court records online from time to time, just to see what's happening with MJ's estate. Does anyone else do that? One thing I'm wondering about is this upcoming Hearing:

Branca was fired in 2003 due to Branca trying to steal the ATV catalogue along with Tommy Mottola while representing Michael. And Sony paid Branca to do so in an offshore account.

Why would Michael hire a guy 4 years later who already double crossed him? He wouldnt.
