If MJ's death is ruled as 'Homocide' & dr. Murray was the last one to be seen with him alive-- Why 1. Is there no warrant. 2. is he not arrested yet?

Lack of evidence?? Wouldn't that make Dr. Murray a fugitive???

I think they are looking beyond Murrey, he is in their sights, but they need to look at his connections to see if someone paid him to do this, also they are out to get other doctors who illegally prescribed.

I don't care how long they take, I would rather they took a long time to make sure they can convict this murderer, if they rush, he could end up getting off.
