It's in the SSD leak.I must've missed it then lol. What about the Speed Demon demo? Was it in the files too?
What Brad said.. did MJ ever recorded any part of it?The incredible thing is that the song sounds so fresh. It's from 1994 and it would be easily a Backstreet Boys or NSYNC lead song.
I'm more curious as to why was he working on it in 2021, maybe plans for a new album started as early back as that year?I don’t understand how Porcaro can add changes in 2021 to Chicago from Thriller era, when MJ reworked it until 2001 at least
Nope. TYLA as well as the already in lq circulating GOAL and SW87 were all sourced from Brads physical tape copies.Regarding songs I think that's it. TYLA and others were songs played by guests, so they weren't on Brad's laptop or SSD to begin with.
It makes sense that most of the material that has been played in the past were from Michael Prince and Brad Buxer and sometimes he would have other guests.
what's the torrent linkI can't find Childhood footage in any of the 4 torrents? Did it leak?
I thought GOAL was recorded at Kingvention in 2016/17?Nope. TYLA as well as the already in lq circulating GOAL and SW87 were all sourced from Brads physical tape copies.
Too bad mj wasn't there. I was expecting him. Not a guy playing the stick log things.I have snippet working on someone put your hand out Bruce sweden
The “Streetwalker” demo absolutely destroys the final mixed version. That alternate chorus is amazing, and the instrumental overall feels so much funkier.
Agreed. I wonder how much Quincy brought to the table and what they differences are.I'm also really enjoying it. Even more interested in hearing the finalised version that wasn't released now.
Hmm to me the vocals also sound very 'Bad era', and not only that but also his delivery.. How sure are we that it isn't '85-ish?It doesn’t, it sounds like a bad song but with thriller vocals, his bad vocals are more aggressive and raspy
Homeless bound did not have vocals we already knowTurnin' Me Off (scratch vocals), Homeless Bound, The Choice and Garbage are interesting titles on the 1990 DAT tapes
It's interesting that there were songs being configured at such an early stage, it makes you think I wonder if Michael ever considered making Decade?Turnin' Me Off (scratch vocals), Homeless Bound, The Choice and Garbage are interesting titles on the 1990 DAT tapes
It would've aged better than You Are Not Alone that's for sure. Maybe it wouldn't have been #1 though, people really liked that soppy mopey R. Kelly, I Believe I Can Fly stuff. It's certainly more at home on HIStory with Stranger in Moscow and the like.I'm shocked Mike didn't go for Willing and Waiting, it's got potential and honestly he recorded weaker songs written for him on Invincible
If my memory serves me right, goal was played at one of Brads earlier seminars in 2014 or 2015. The leak was sourced from a much later venue, could have been from Kingvention.I thought GOAL was recorded at Kingvention in 2016/17?
My understanding is that it was played by engineer Thom Russo at Kingvention 2016.If my memory serves me right, goal was played at one of Brads earlier seminars in 2014 or 2015. The leak was sourced from a much later venue, could have been from Kingvention.
This recent leaked version is dated to 10/27/1986. I assume it's a from scratch recreated Westlake version with guide vocals. Unfortunately its final 1987 mix remains unreleased/unleaked.This version of Streetwalker is so much more exciting than the 2001 special edition version. I can see how Mike was really fond of it and thought it had potential.
