Seminar recordings of “Water” and “Adore You” are currently in circulation. These (along with “Michael’s Affirmation”) will likely be the next unreleased songs to leak.

While a collector clearly has “Changes”, I highly doubt this one is in circulation right now.

That channel is known for posting fake leaks so I'm not sure if this is real or not.

The most hyped song is definitely Buffalo Bill, and it's also granted to be released at some point unlike Monster due to the state it's in.
 
I was able to gather quite a few comments on Buffalo Bill, including that of John Barnes, Bill Botrell, Matt Forger, Frank Dileo and MJ on video. Which is extremely rare from him. The video is from 1983.




In the video, MJ states that he was working on the upcoming album, Victory, and that he wrote several songs, one of which is called "Buffalo Bill." Something extremely rare for MJ is that he is very enthusiastic about the song and says it will be a success.

He then mentions the song “Liberian Girl”, which was kept for the album Bad and which had the success we know. “Buffalo Bill” is the first collaboration with John Barnes. On Facebook, he says the song is great but not quite finished. And that he would like to finish the demo. (Rumors say the song was reworked until the Dangerous sessions).




In John Barnes' MJCast video above, he indicates that Michael came up with the idea for the song. It begins with an orchestral beginning, then transitions into an R&B dance song. They did most of the work on the same day, 6 hours in the studio. John Barnes also mentions that some of these songs were better than what made the album.


Concerning “Liberian Girl”, the song was already ready for Victory except the intro which was added by Quincy.


Bill Botrell answered a question about the demo on gearspace in 2009. He remembers the demo having a heavy John Barnes influence and a cool chorus: "Who Shot Buffalo Bill?" They said he shot a lot did he never get killed?”


In 1984, Frank Dileo mentioned the song in a Rolling Stones interview. He had heard MJ's latest uptempo dance composition.

In Joe Vogel's book it is stated that Matt Forger described it as an incredible song that was never finalized. "It went through such contortions and changes and green writes and variations" There is a photo of MJ posing in front of William Cody's grave.

There would also be guitarist David Williams who commented on the song in Musicians Magazine released in 1984.


Its subject concerns the assassination of William Cody (shot in the back by Jack McCall) at a poker game in Deadwood, Dakota in 1876.

But there is information that buffalo bill. Finished because his brothers sung more on it than the old version

I know a trader that has the song, he told me that the song sounds decent.
 
do we know when were the leaked versions of Xscape and Blue Gangsta recorded?

“Xscape” was started in late 1999, according to Rodney himself. The leaked mix of “Blue Gangsta” is from 1999, but the vocals were recorded in the fall of 1998. Not sure if that’s what the original comment was referring to.

I assume that since the person specifically asked about the leaked versions then it's about when the mixes were made.
