First one sounds late mid 90s, reused ghost/2bad drums. The second one could be any generic 90s up writer demo.
 
To me it sounds like the first snippet has the exact same chords as Ghosts. And there are also Michael's vocals filtered out. So I would guess it's a very early demo of Ghosts.

Edit:
The chord progression aren't exactly the same but they are very close and even in the same key.

The "Dah" on the snippet sound like an impersonator, and the little that can be heard from the filtered audio is a deeper voice (kirkland, babyface).

Bro in the verses is literally describing a women that "got it", The chorus don't have sense if you put it that way.
