this video has been around for awhile. I wonder if there are any other episodes, or if it was just a one off? it seems to follow the same format as the jacksons variety show 4 years later. only with Jermaine and minus randy and the sisters. I've never heard anything about it before. there are performances, sketches, and guests. I loved the 'daydreaming' song :heart: so much fun overall

It was just a pilot for a proposed full series I believe.

yeah the J5 cartoon ran from late 1971 through 1973. the J5 show was recorded October24, 25 & 26 and aired November 5, 1972, it included the "Day Dreamer" song and skits along with performances of I want You Back, Ben and ends with a Medley of ABC/I'll be there/ The Love You save(w/ Randy intoduction + Congas solo)/Never Can Say Goodbye. It was kinda like their Goin' Back To Indiana Show without the concert snippets.
