It's better enjoyed held in your hands. It's a big, nice, picture book.

I got it from Amazon, and they damn near ship anywhere.

Really nice pics from various eras and his clothes.
 
Superb book. The book itself, is a piece of art and well worth it. It's beautifully put together and the story is heartwarming and poignant, aswell as the stunning high resolution pictures. I can never speak highly enough of this book. It's a must own. Maybe my favorite gift I received last Xmas. It won a bunch of awards for it's beautiful design and layout from what I remember.
