That didn't happen. Now watching some cartoons from my childhood and it's very energizing. My mood is fine)))). But I understand your desire. What's Daredevil's strength?

Edit: What attracts you to him? I'm sorry if that's an inappropriate question. You don't have to answer it.)

Cool.

I'm going over comics I used to read. The comics thing is speaking to me lately!

Ah! You caught me reading an Empire magazine article about comics. It's good bc a couple of comics I used to read (but had forgotten and just could not remember) are in this list. Anyway, so is DareDevil so I'll be lazy and paste in the write-up from the mag.

"One of the superheroes created by Stan n' Jack during their burst of unparalleled creativity in the mid-1960s, Daredevil was one of the first down-and-dirty superheroes, choosing to base himself in New York's less than salubrious Hell's Kitchen. A mess of contradictions – he's a devout Catholic who dresses up as a devil, he's a lawyer by day, while getting up to some pretty intense, and illegal, vigilantism by night – Daredevil has never enjoyed the following of a Hulk or a Spidey, but he's a compelling, layered and visually striking character who's attracted some of the best talent in the business. It was on Daredevil that Frank Miller came to prominence, while the likes of Brian Michael Bendis, Jeph Loeb/Tim Sale and Kevin Smith have also taken a shot at the noble but tortured hero.

Trademarks: Snazzy red outfit, complete with collapsible cane/billy club, enhanced hearing, smell, and a unique radar. He also has incredible agility and balance."

Hm. Now that I've posted that it doesn't quite work for me. It doesn't capture what was so good about DD (I haven't read him in years; in fact, not sure if the comic is still going). DD can tell if someone is lying by changes in their heartbeat which his enhanced hearing can pick up. Sounds kind of dull but it works in the comic, imo. He was created in the 60's so you could say the idea of a blind guy with enhanced senses is old-hat. Would they go down that path nowadays? Who knows? They were right about DD not having the popularity of Spidey or Batman or Superman but I loved him. The Frank Miller issues are the best ones.

FYI - idk if comics are your thing but Stan Lee and Jack Kirby are legendary figures in the comics world.

Ngl, that was MY first thought an' all. But ... I decided to sidestep that and just post some seagull rebuttals. Tbh, the idea of you as a seagull, even a badass one, is so hilariously wrong ... I'm speechless.

That said, we know what happens when seagulls decide to, erm, let loose, if I can put it like that. :ROFLMAO: That did sorta create the right sort of image in my head.

Yep, if anything qualifies as a system error, it would be that.
Sea gulls are lovely, though.

Edit: or are!

Hm. Problem is, there is debate in scholarly circles about this. The commandments were handed down to the Jewish people as God's chosen people. Strictly speaking, they don't apply to other people. I'm not a Biblical scholar but there are definitely people who believe that the commandments do not apply to everyone.
You saw the misprint, didn’t you?

BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An exhaustive answer, thank you. Being able to recognize lies is a very useful ability. I envy him a little bit)))). I can be a bit gullible myself. And Michael could really use a friend like that.....
As it happens, the comics passed me by. Never read((((

Michael is interesting in this meeting, he looks a bit tense and impressed.

No idea. I'm not great at analysing why I like stuff. It's not my superpower, lol. It doesn't bother me. As long as stuff makes sense in my head, I'm happy with that. DareDevil is compelling to me in a way that, say, Superman just isn't.

Always insightful posts our zin goddess makes ! @zinniabooklover šŸ‘‘
