"Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' 2008" was the best, of course. Akon was really suited for the song.

"PYT 2008" and "The Girl is Mine 2008" are guilty pleasures. I like how they were based on the original demos of the song rather than the final versions we've had since 1982. will.i.am's a clown, but damn if he can't make a catchy song.

"Beat It 2008" with Fergie is trash, though. "Billie Jean 2008" is pretty boring. Kanye West supposedly tried to stay true to the original, but what's the point if he's not gonna put more of his own spin on the song? Yawn

"Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' 2008 with Akon" was the only good one (although there are better remixes of that song). Billie Jean was worse than that. TGIM was a lot worse. PYT was worse than that. And yeah, Beat It was the worst.

Taking them all together , they're not really good enough to be filler B-sides on a CD single.

The remixes were primarily a vehicle to convince young people to buy the album. Fans like us at least got a remastered version of For All Time.

Obviously more outtakes would've been better but I liked most of the remixes
