Have anyone seen this? It's a bit old and I'm not sure it's real but yea...

IF it's true the day that he lost his permission to practice law should be a day we all celebrate from now on. Big pratys, ballons and so on. Like a national holiday!

Yeah its true but its not what it seems from what ive read else where as hes already retired. its just some techniqal thing

Oh, okay. So he retired but it's put like that? Weird, I thought that ment he lost his permission. I read somewhere else, where I found it, that he lost it and then made the decision to retire because of that. But I guess we can not know that...

I thought he retired and that was the reason he didn't pay Bar member fees (reason for suspension).

Yeah, I would have loved to see him lose his licence for crappy practices, but it's just that he didn't pay fees.

Sneddon 'practised' for years but never managed to get it right. Hate to think of him enjoying his retirement with a decent pension, doesn't seem fair!
