joe Jackson is not NAMED in michael's will. When the will makers or murderers deleiberately left joe Jackson out of the will, they made a serious error of judgement.
The will was meant to silence any one who was named in it, they cannot challenge the will or they will lose their inheritance. this also goes for MJ's children.
Well joe jackson can challenge the will as long as he can show that neither katherine or the children are party to his challenge. he does this by separating himself from the family and publically show him and Katherine as rivals.
This is a brilliant strategy. The Family needs to investigate Mj's death and i believe the will is connected to his death. i believe the people that killed him now have access to his estate. it doesn't need to be transferred into their name, and the catalogue doesn't need to be sold to sony, All that is needed is for them to have power ofd atorney wich gives them absolute right to do whatever they wish to it. this is a traversty,

Preach that bible. Imagine if Joe was to find out something mysteriously is going on in the investigation, will, medical records and so forth? Everybody who second guessed Joe would have to pick up their face from the floor and he would be a hero for life in all fans eyes.

If you say "Preach" Im say "Church", cant nobody say Michael Jackson had un-Intelligent Fans, there where post on here about a Preacher said "all the dead are not dead just there earth body returns to the earth and that all are with God, some in a better place than others but all are ALIVE". Then if that be Michael must be saying as he does the "HeavenWalk" (not the MoonWalk anymore), "they are Getting It they are learning the Truth". Wonderful post both of you bought me Joy, to think if Michael really was Murdered like I do believe and LAPD, that just maybe in his last moments he was thinking My Family and Fans are going to Figure this "OUT". Yes I saw Joe himself I believe on Anderson Cooper or Larry King talking about "how they where trying to stop him and the family at the DOOR of the house from seeing Michael". I believe alot of people are going to have to pick their face up from the floor, because Joe was the one in this same interview telling that he was there negiotiating with AEG on Michael's 02 Concerts and he told them they would have to pay or get paid in American Dollars, something to that effect I dont know what that was about, but Joe is Sharp in the Business too and has ALWAYS looked out for his Kids, thats why the powers that be tried to assinate Joe Jackson first after Michael's Murder because they knew "SMOKIN JOE IS COMING FOR THEM", but yes they did mess up with the what I believe to be FAKE WILL and left Joe out because now Joe is the ONLY ONE who can LEGALLY CONTEST this WILL on the Grounds of being Michael's Father and Michael would have NEVER done that, and Joe did have some interactions in Michael's Business Deals so he knows the Players, at least if nothing else he can tie this WILL/Estate UP in COURT for YEARS until the FEDS bringum all in and stop their Looting of Michael's Estate.

your post may have a ring of truth to it....unfortunately I dont know if we will ever know the truth about the will....and agree..the family DOES need to investigate Michael's death...I think they need to dig deep...to look at ALL the players around them...even the one's that they think had Michael's best interest at heart and the one's that they thought were his friends.

hmm....well I guess I will wait for that day..because IMHO...Joe just wants money...Now I am not saying that he didn't love Michael...I am saying that I think he loved Michael's money more.

It want be long for us to wait, LAPD has a solid "Homicide" on their hand when all the facts come out just of Michael's Autopsy people will understand how he was MURDERED when they learn how Drugs interact and the time they react in a person's body. This case is all about the Forensics and they are Wonderful and Clear. Its strange how everyday the Executors are asking for more money or not revealing what they have done with the money thus far, or banning the family from getting anything and the Public from known how Michael was Murdered and it seems to me not as much in the I.U., but over in the "Whats Happening" forum that people just overlook The Executors Greed and Lust for Control, even though they automatically get a percentage of the Estate every year paid to them Annually just being the Executors depending on what state it ranges from 10 - 25%, Im not sure what Calif., is but they are already MILLIONAIRS just from this payment alone, and no one calls them Greedy, but the Jacksons Family are getting per hell, this is Michael's Family how in the World would anyone think Michael in his Death as a Forethought in preparing a "Will" would leave his Inheritance to People he knew where Thieves and Devils and that maybe even are his "Murderers", that even he had accused them in Public of stealing from him and not leave his Inheritance to his Family how in this World could anyone believe this crap, its just beyond all my reasoning and disrespectful of Michael to believe such Hollywood Movie Crap.

Let's just hope the DA takes this case, and ignores the bribe sent to them by the executor's and special administrators.

If they don't, then all of us fans will be at their door until they take the case.
 
Of course Tito wouldnt know. He did not care about MJ.
