To anyone that knows how to make a graphic page with pic?

Is there anyone able to help me out here. I need something fast for today. I am preparing a page I'd like to submit for tribute to Michael and I need some kind of background and arrangement of the text. I have no software nor clue how this is done.

Nothing elaborate, just pic as background on the side or something. Prefer pic of bad era, history era or from 2001 to 2007 that is nice. You pick colors and anything else. The text is kind of long but I am hoping to fit it on a page or maybe a double page.

If you have time on your hands and if you can help let me know. I need it for today due to time deadline.
