I dunno what to tell you, I've listened to em. They're not completely remarkable. It's like Classic Doctor Who vs Modern Doctor Who. Just entirely different beasts.

He is always enjoyable to listen to

But some of the songs don't make an impression

And as albums they are certainly not any better than most of his brothers works or anything.

I hardly mean to say they're bad, just that they're not as strong as what'd come later. I love their Jacksons Era a ton so I by all means love vintage MJ.

There's some great J5 stuff though, absolutely a must listen to. And I like Forever Michael to an extent.
