Alternate cover Polaroid test photograph from the Michael Jackson "Thriller" album photo session. This test image was captured by "Thriller" photographer Dick Zimmerman. The final of this shot was considered by Michael and producer Quincy Jones. This rare piece of memorabilia offers a glimpse into the creative process behind one of the greatest music albums of all time. Prior to the advent of digital photography, Polaroids were the only practical way a photographer could preview a shot, then make any on-the-spot lighting or camera adjustments, or reposition the subject. This photo is by definition one-of-a-kind, not a print or reproduction. Professionally, archivally mounted and framed in a shadowbox, with an engraved plaque below. Comes with letter of authenticity from Dick Zimmerman, as well as a release of all copyrights. Please note: While the image conveys with copyright, personality rights may apply. This item can be shipped in-house.
