Hello,
the other day I took the MJ collections of vhs tapes recorded in vary different years (the most 'recent' are from years 2001- 2013 but all the images (even good quality vhs like TDK ULTRA expensive video tapes, yet, these are not well visible anymore .. poor quality, with a lot of static noise and lines running across the screen... I mean, the picture is full of interference, horizontal lines, and the typical VHS static...

In the truth I don't understand if is only a matter of my VCR or are all the tapes ruined...
I've also tried other movies on vhs purchased in 2010 but also, are full of interferences...

I had a lot of rare videos.... all ruined...??

I'd try another vcr. If the problems should remain, then it isn't your equipment (vcr and/or its cables) but most likely your tapes are damaged.

The problem is that I don't find anyone that have a vcr it become very rare. But I will may ask to a photographer who have old equipments, so I will know for sure if it's the vcr or are vhs that are ruined. >< Thank you for message ---

I would look out for a VCR with an internal TBC (Time Base Corrector) to enhance/stabilize the signal and Super VHS (S-VHS) output for the best transfer. With luck, you can get one for less than 100 bucks on ebay. I bought a Panasonic NV-SV121 last year, which has these features but it's the PAL-Version since my tapes are in PAL. Assuming you're from Japan and your tapes are NTSC you'd have to look for the NTSC equivalent.
