I understand that Mr Wagener wants to sue TS for proofs falsification during the 2005 trial and needs help from us - Am I wrong ? (sorry but english is not my usual language)

Yes, Will Wagener has been rallying to expose corruption in the CA legal system for quite some time now. He is putting together a documentary for Michael and all the injustice he suffered due to this corrupt system, an integral part of which is Tom Sneddon.

Agreed, Wagener should sue Sneddon, I mean Sneddon's responsible for changing CA laws that says..

"Art 288 has been extended with Art 288A, meaning that if you touch a child (if you put your hand on its shoulder for example) you are conducting a criminal activity. This new law also forces the children to testify, even if they do not want to."

Isn't that stupid? CA legal system are really corrupted, that's one of the reasons I don't believe in laws, because they are stupid and causes threat amoung innocent people like Michael. Sneddon not only should be sued, he should be impeached as well. That old b@$^@#% deserves what he did to Michael to hundreds of kids and to us.
