You can sign it - I did and I'm not a US citizen. If you look to the right of the page, next to 'State' it says 'Non-U.S.' If you click on that you will see all the other countries. Just select yours.
it's a shame this petition is only available for us citizens !!
I totally agree this petition... but can't sign it
if your goal is to reach 10,000 sign. you can't reach it only with the US ...
