Just interested to know who's using sound from their mobile, TV, or a dedicated amp, etc.

I can't really answer as my choices aren't precisely in the list and I would have to select multiple.
Nothing too impressive but I know exactly what I'm using for what. And I can be quite careful when editing/archiving sounds, but when I'm just consuming I get much more flexible.

- Listening at home -> Computer reading mostly FLAC > an amp from a Denon stereo I purchased around 2000 and stereo speakers I got with a Sony stereo around 1998 (and I never found satisfying replacements for these speaker, though I only tried a few entry budget replacement... they're just very balanced/neutral without disturbing drawbacks), they're placed on absorbing foam and in a way that I can hear them decently even if I move in the room. (Oh that one is in the list would be Stereo actually)
- Listening while walking: FIIO X3 something lossless player, though I convert to MP3 before transferring to save space and battery. (I also got a HIFIwalker H2, but I mostly use for some quite music I might sometimes want to listen to before sleep.)
- Listening in car, I don't know just the system that came with the car, for short distances I don't care. But in case of highway, I mostly listen to fast punk music which covers the noise of the road easier and is better paced for highway. Then when I'm tired of that, I often put the Jackson 5.
- Four sound editing/comparing (which I didn't do much, recently) : Audio Technica m50x headphone. (Though if I was just listening with headphone, I would pick something a bit warmer so it's less tiring... I don't think they're really bright, I think they're actually quite neutral, but that makes them bright compared to many consumer products.)
