I saw this video on THAT subreddit, not trying to seek it out but I came across it. I want to know if this clip of the late Howard Weitzman is taken out of context or not. If not, it doesn’t change my opinions on MJ’s innocence but it’s a WILD and irresponsible thing to say as a defense lawyer, especially since the defense team was trying to and in my opinion successfully prove that he didn’t shower with any child. But the clip is only 13 seconds long and I have a sneaky suspicion that it was completely ripped from its context. So what do you make of this?

It's pretty clearly been clipped and is being presented in bad faith. We don't need a new thread for everything seen on that sub.
