What's seen as the "Holy Grail" of leaked footage that fans want to see?

NYC 1988. During the first US leg of the Bad tour he was sick from St Louis until the end of the leg (first Minneapolis show sounds good tho) and Kansas was a bit raspy/sprained but MSG was the best he sounded in 1988; just listening to how Beat It from March 6 sounds better than most of the shows from the first leg makes me want to see these shows so much. The higher keys and extra live vocals are the cherry on top.

One night only rehearsals would also be interesting to see due to all the new routines that were going to be introduced.
