I know that those 3 songs are removed from almost all music platforms last year. So... What's the status of this issue now?
Has the estate admitted that those 3 songs aren't MJ's vocals?
If not, what is their explanation of the removal?

According to the estate it's so that fans can focus on their new projects. They still haven't openly admitted that the songs are fake. https://x.com/TheMJCast/status/1542304722068967424
Hmmm that's not convincing at all. If they really wanted fans to focus on the new work, they should have taken the songs down in 2012 when Bad25 was released or in 2014 when Xscape was released. By 2022, the debate of these songs has been "dead" for a long time, and removing them would only cause everyone to focus on them again.

which projects?
stupid merch?
a shitty T40 documentary?

just the usual half-assed stuff from the a$$tate.
A half-assed re-issue album, a musical of which most of the fans around the world aren't able to watch, and a biopic that's still years from happening. Focus on those instead.

They removed them in the middle of active litigation about their authenticity. It was basically a way to get out of court but also to save face.

The estate will never admit the songs are fake because it would open them to enormous legal liability, especially in the ongoing civil suit.
