I am sitting here in Australia WISHING I could go and support MJ at this trial. And I know there are many people who have their own personal circumstances (money being a big one, kids, job etc) that means they cant just up and leave to the USA to go to this trial.

However I am certain there are more than 9 fans out there!! Where is everyone!? To think that everyone only went to the trial in 2003 - 2005 to see Michael - did anyone actually care about the outcome!?

Because if you did - this is the SAME DAMN THING, except this time our MJ can't be there to speak for himself. WE HAVE TO BE HIS VOICE NOW!

please please please any fans there in the US or any who can travel, please go down there. The media are reporting this now and its just another thing that will allow this trial to drag his legacy through the mud.

Michael did so much for us, if you can, please go down there and show your support. As for the rest of us who can't go - we need to be getting involved, pulling together, working as ONE FAMILY, not fighting amongst ourselves.

To those who have been there, and others around the world who are taking action to honour MJ, I thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

i think because its only a hearing not a lot of fans are going:no:but if it goes to trial then i think it will become even bigger than 2003:yes:also it would be very emotional for the fans:yes::(:(

All the "fans", it turns out that they were not so much of fans afterall!
It's a disgrace really because Michael gave us everything and he will continue to give even when we die through his art and his kind heart!
I think it's time that a "cleaning" process starts in all the MJ community because we can show how much we love and support him in the hard times and not only in the joyful!
For some of us (even if we remain too few) Michael is part of our lives and our own self and it will remain this way!

fans arent gonna travel from europe just for the prelim. they are gonna wait until the full thing if they are gonna go.and yeah theres the issue of why go cause mj doesnt need to see our support. its not like 03-05. i certainly wouldnt be going to support janet and co

Do you think that Facebook and twitter have made a difference, ie that fans feel 'virtually' connected and maybe don't feel the same need to go there in person? A lot of the campaigning is done this way now. (I'm guessing not so much in '05..can't remember what was around the internet then).

Although I do agree that being there in person to support Michael (so he could see and hear the support) would have been a huge reason to go in '05.

ooohhh hmm so if we were not outside the court house those 6 days that means we are less of a fan? Well i live in iowa and we have about 4 feet of snow tacked on to the 3 we got last week. So Travel has been kinda hard. We all showed our support in different ways it doesn't mean we are less of a fan because we were not outside the court house.

NOT TO MENTION that 2005 and 2011 are 2 different things and the man we are supporting is not here. Thanks to Dr. Murderay

this is just stupid news for the sake of writing something. MJ has as many or more fans than ever. This situation should not even be compared to 2005. In 2005 Michael was among us - now he isn't. NO COMPARISON

Here is just a few videos of Fans in support of MJ. - I hope that all the fans globally that come together either at the courthouse and via internet u streams websites will find a way to come to gether during Trial.

how can we start a cleaning process if fans are accusing each other of not being fans? we don't know the circumstances of others.

and besides..how the media feels about Michael and his fans is like a religious belief. nothing you do or don't do can change the media's belief about Michael and his fans.

and finally, if one of the things you are worrying about is if part of the media's religious belief is that they think that MJ doesn't have enough fans and fan support, there is never any need to worry, because i just witnessed something i witness a lot...a major institution(espn sports media, in this case) using MJ"s name for a teaser to get attention after a commercial break. so..the media is envious..no matter what they say, they give themselves away by doing that, because they'd never use his name as a teaser, unless they lmew MJ's name would ALWAYS draw a LOT of attention. that means that despite what the media says, and, for that matter, judging from the tone of anything the media says, the media knows that MJ always has massive fan support and a massive number of fans.

Michael is gone. Even if we win the trial...we end up losing a lot more.

MJ will never come back...maybe if his kids were old enough to attend the proceedings I'd make the effort as a show of support, but knowing the back room dealings & EVERYTHING that has happened in the 18 months since he passed....I am better off supporting HIM from afar.

Despite everything we hear or see, NOT EVERYONE WANTS MURRAY TO BE CONVICTED. So what is really the use of standing in front of a courthouse screaming for justice, when others are working overtime to derail it because they wanna drag a BIGGER dog in this fight?

people are confused . hurting...waiting and whatever else.. everyonez situiation and reasons are diffrent.

Yes...I agree. :agree: It dosen't matter really if you are not able to make it out to Los Angeles. We all have our real honest reasons why we can or can not. I do apreciate those who do go out and stand together for Michael in L.A. and try and be a voice for him...I also am grateful for those who support via internet or just L.O.V.E Michael. That's enough,eh?

Feeling the same here. Winning the trial or not, will not bring Michael back to life. I'm from Asia and it would require me a lot of money to get to US. It would be my dream come true to go some place near Michael.

I understand the money situation. If you wouldn't mind me saying..
If there as a reason that you would like to join others around the globe via internet - there's a lot of groups on facebook, youtube, twitter etc. so that you could find out the info as it comes [real time] and join other fans online in chat(s). There's alot of groups (most) which try their very hardest to make video footage of the days events without any of Michael's music etc. so that Sony can't block it in countries. I know I don't like it when Sony does that. But, I've heard fans in groups speaking of this task to make the info. avaliable to all countries in such a way to where Sony can't 'block' the video footage, and everyone can listen & watch.

Either way... L.O.V.E is the most you can have for someone.. in my humble opinion.
