Where has 'New Posts' gone?

Title says it all really! I can still see new posts in my subscribed threads via 'settings', but the 'new posts' feature seems to have disappeared from the red bar where it now just says Private Messages, FAQs etc. So I can't see what's new, outside of my subscribed threads, without trawling through all the categories on the main forum page! Am I being blind or has this feature really gone?

Oh, I see it has returned! Thank you to whoever put it back!

To reduce server load we had to turn it off, now things have quietened down a little its been turned back on

I have atleast 4 or more post held up for moderatation review .not understanding why?
