Who was suing MJ at this video and what was the reason?

Anybody knows what was the case? They released this video to make him look an addict; I understand that. It is all about manipulations of ppl’s minds once again.
My question is what was the real case? Who was suing him and for what? I wish to know the name of this person.
They cut off the video on purpose focusing just on “drag” part as usual, not showing the whole story. It sucks.

This video has been released by the media, the worst english tabloid press the sun and is widely circulating I can't help feeling that this is part of the media manipulating again that MJ was drug addict. I don't know what it was about or who was suing him, but it sounds to me like he may have been making excuses for why he couldn't remember signing it. Of course MJ probably did use medications for pain relief sometimes but that doesn't make him a drug addict.

This is perfect manipulation fodder, it has been orchestrated that way so we don't believe he was murdered. I feel so sad. Poor michael, they just keep character assassinating him, He did so much good in the world for children and the earth and Mj was trying to expose the truth and the corruption in music industry and the world and that is why his life was made hell and he was character assassinated on every level
