Whose silhouette is it on the This Is It movie poster ?

Been wondering this since the poster came out, as the silhouette doesn't look like MJ at all to me.
MJ never did this pose so symmetrical, he would do it in the heat of the moment, you can tell this was from a photoshoot where the photographer asked the model to "do the pose".
Do we know who took the picture ? Any info on the photoshoot ? Is it really MJ ?

Good question, I always thought it was MJ on the poster. Maybe , it's one of his dancers who took the pose...
