Will Katherine be called to testify?

I was just wondering do you guys think Katherine will be called to testify by either the prosecution or the defense?

Reason I ask is because according to her or at least reports say that the last time she saw MJ was a week before he died. That would've been around the 19th or the 21st right? It would be interesting to hear what she says about MJ's appearance and health. If MJ was agitated and freezing cold wouldn't his mother have noticed how ill her son was?
 
This is a good question..although if he had seen him around the 19 or the 21st she would of been aware that he wasn't feeling well..if you remember the 19th was suppose to be the date that Kenny sent Michael home from rehearsals because he wasn't well. I dont think that either side would call her to testify if any other reason other than the stress probably would not be good for her.IMO.

I guess you're right but I would like to know if Katherine saw her son and if MJ looked ill to her
 
I would think MJ looked well to her since she mentions that day is how she would like to remember him....Smiling!
 
easy witness to impeach. no good to either side but i see the defence calling her for obvious reasons
 
If she had any contact with Michael in the weeks before his death (even on the phone) then there certainly a chance...............


But I don't think the prosecution will and I'm sure they already have enough witnesses and evidence that should see the evil doctor in prison!!!!!!
 
I think its a safe bet that a member of the Jackson family will be called to the stand by the Defence and I think one of the vocal ones in the media will be that person.

The Defence is gonna go the drug addict route and who better to prove their point than making MJ's own family member help them.
 
Would not surprise me if many family members are called after some of the hints of 'addiction' they have made in the past. Not going to help the defense though is it? The question isn't about any addiction Michael may or may not have had but a doctor giving a drug which should never be used outside of a hospital setting and leaving that person alone and unmonitored. The defense can muddy up the waters all they like but they cannot escape a simple truth - the doctor was grossly negligent and a man died.
 
i hope they are called. its time for certain memers to put up or shut up. i want to see them embarassed on the stand and hurt just like they have hurt us and mj

I agree... I want dates and times and the supposed efforts that they put forth to 'help' MJ
