xscape is an mj song that was supposed to go on invincible (i think) and it was leaked by someone and when mj found out about it he was pissed and asked that we all not share and download it.

sure, it's by MJ! it has several official registrations (e.g. US Copyright Office)

Well ill delete it but i need mj put it on a album because it rocks.
when looking for the history of the song i ended up downloading a torrent of loads of fake songs, by jason and crap so i just doubted myself lol, im fed up of hearing fakes by jason like mamacita which don't even sound like mj and odd songs like gangster (no friend of mine) which i hate but don't understand what they are and it just seemed to be on that torrent full of fakes so yeh
i had the song for about 2 years but i only just tried to search up its history i guess.
Thinking of that torrent i downloaded will somone tell me about it because it has some clearly fake songs on and some clearly real songs on like ones with 3T and What more can i give.

And you can find the FAKES here: Beware of FAKES (content is in German only, but you just have to look at the list which mentions the names of the FAKES)
"Why" is no MJ-song, it's a track by 3T with MJ singing the chorus. originally MJ sang the whole song and wanted to release it on HIStory, but he gave the song to his nephews instead
"I Need You" is a pure 3T song, MJ has only a small guest appearance towards the end of the song

I know those songs are 3T but its Michael's vocals and its not a sample there for its worth listening to.
