If Michael Jackson performed 'You Rock My World' live at a normal Michael Jackson concert, that performance would have been a mixture of the 2001 MSG shows/music video choreography.
For example, Michael Jackson would have performed some of his rehashed (but iconic) dance moves, such as spins, crotch grab, and robot dance.
Also, his dance moves would have been smoother and in a slightly slower tempo (the same goes for his background dancers that would join him on stage for a certain section of that performance).

Unless Michael did something completly different, a live performance of You Rock My World probably would have looked too similar to Smooth Criminal. The short film has been accused of being a Smooth Criminal rip off.
I think a more spontanious performance of that song (Like Rock With You and Another Part Of Me) would work best for that song. No backing dancers, no fancy stage theatrics. Just Michael dancing and singing.

I really doubt it could happen, Michael didn't always use his choreography, created for music videos. For example he never used his choreography from Scream video for live performances (and it's such a waste for me, I like these dance moves so much).
Also IMO it would be really disappointing if MIchael used his SC suit for the third time (because he already used it for second time for Dangerous performances just in other color - black)
I think outfit used for YRMW MSG performances was pretty decent. The only problem is Michael being drugged and his clumsy (I'm sorry, awful) dancing
