MJ legal seminar in Sept: Mesereau, Feldman, Melville, Zonan amongst speakers

Actually I have heard rumours (Internet rumours so maybe true, maybe not, who knows) that while in college Jordan not only admitted to close friends that he was never molested by Michael (this is something that Tom Mesereau also mentioned), but also he used to dance happily to Michael's music in parties. It's also rumoured that he's still a fan and he visits fan forums... IF true (and like I said it's a rumour so I don't know, but IF true) I don't know how he can live with himself.... Visit forums and have fun with Michael's music knowing what he did to Michael.

I've heard the evidence that T-Mez had!

But, not of the bolded part! :bugeyed ....That's just CREEPY! :mello: If true that is? But, I can almost guarantee it might be!? These people are nuts! Like Gavin who really never wanted to leave Neverland! With them anything is possible!

On 10th of Dec 2010 Mez was on William Wagener's show "On Second Thought" and they talked about the MJ trial and the recent symposium on the case...

Thomas "HURRICANE" Mesereau, Jr., drove 3 hours north of Los Angeles to accept invite to be interviewed, on Local Comcast TV show, On Second Thought, produced and hosted by William Wagener, after turning down interviews with several, such as Nancy [dis] Grace, Bill O'Wrongly, and other tabloidish yellow journalistic probaganda TV shows. It was a 90 minute Interview LIVE, without rehearsal for the thousands of Local TV viewers of "ON SECOND THOUGHT" TV, Ch. -25, which will repeat in Santa Maria, Lompoc, & Solvang. On this show, Mr. Wagener gets Thomas Mesereau endorsement to do a true to life, Documentary on the 2005 Trial, that shows what the National TV Networks did NOT show... the bias, the faked and phoney prosecutors evidence, and the loyalty of the Jackson Fans...
This will be the kick off of the new WEB site for the Documentary, and the website will set a "money bomb" day, to give 1 million Michael J. Jackson fans the opportunity to fund the documentary at a rate of $10.oo each, raising $10 million dollars to do the documentary and put it on National TV. First in USA, then in other nations, one at a time. During the interview Thomas Mesereau expressed his endorsement of the idea.

Thank you so much for this information and video. I will definitely fund this. Good news.

In 1993 Snakey Sneddon should have been looking towards making Judge or perhaps moving up to a California Dept of Justice position.

In 2003 he knew his career was over, but he was determined to take Michael with him, to show Michael Jackson with the tens of thousands of Fans who came to support him just who had real power. Fans often ask why Michael did not sue him after the trial. I don't know the exact answer(s) but I can give you some reason why not.

Why are bad prosecutors so rarely punished?
http://reason.com/archives/2009/10/26/no-accountability

1) As of Dec 05 MJ was still fighting to retrieve all the items seized from all his dwellings and businesses. Plus Snakey went to the FBI to see if he could or they would charge Michael with drug trafficking. Said MJ was transporting perscription meds not his btw USA & Europe.

2) MJ went right into suing Bashir the Bastard and the British TV Network.

3) Sued by Daniel Capon (claimed molestation, forced plastic surgery at 2 yrs & MJ stole his songs)

4) Sued by Joseph Bartucci - the Miami boy (one where MJ was in California)

5) Sued by one of his business contacts for a breached of contract due to Snakey putting MJ's business in the street.

Some the the suits against MJ occurred as early as 2004, but none where set aside until 2006. Think the contract breach was settle btw parties.

Mr. Mesereau told MJ to leave before they "created" another molestation victim. Can you imagine trying to deal with that kind of hate, the kind that would create molestation victims, the kind with would continue to publicly portray sorrow for all those hundred of victims who did not get justice?

LOL love how u called him snakey sneddon , suits him perfectly

Awesome! Time to get the ball rolling!

I am in. There are those who don't feel W. Wagner is taken serious enough for the job, but I don't see any other stepping up who already have access to TV broadcasting. The worst that could happen is I lose 10 dollars, spent more on all my electronics with Sony components. We have to start somewhere, have many MJ documentaries of all kinds, but telling of what is in the trial documents and what was withheld by the Media holds the key to unloosening negative public perception.

..........:D

:agree: That's great I agree!

Glad someone like William is willing to at least try something u know! :clapping: He didn't even have to be a fan, the evidence that he witness in trial was enough to open his eyes where he wasn't sure! So any positive Doc viewed by others who aren't sure or thought badly of MJ can help greatly! William is very serious, interviewsing T-mez and all! So I'm not worried, looking forward to helping and seeing it happen!:dancin:

I am surprised Mesereau couldn't have found a better opportunity to do an interview. He did win the biggest case. Wagener has issues too - thanks to MJEOl & Bonnie:

Wagener arrested for seeking office

Wagener arrested for seeking office

Karen White / Senior Times Writer Santa Maria Times | Posted: Friday, March 1, 2002 12:00 am | (0) Comments

SANTA MARIA 77 Fifth district supervisorial candidate William J. "B.J.// Wagener has been taken out of the running for violating his probation in connection with an arrest warrant in Wisconsin.

The arrest warrant charges Wagener with violating the terms of his probation in connection with felony bail jumping. As a convicted felon on probation, the California Constitution prohibits him from running for office or even voting. Running for office violates his probation status.

Wagener, 57, was arrested Thursday afternoon at the Santa Barbara County Probation Department in Santa Maria, where he was called by a local probation officer. He is on probation from Wisconsin through Feb. 11, 2004. Supervision of his probation was moved to the local area from Wisconsin in 1998.

If returned to Wisconsin for violation of probation, Wagener could be required to serve 30 months in state prison there. An extradition hearing must first be held.

Wagener was booked about 4:30 p.m. into the Santa Barbara County Sheriff/s Jail on the no-bail warrant and later was transported to Santa Barbara.

He also is facing charges of failure to pay child support in connection with children he fathered outside of wedlock who live in Wisconsin.

The candidate, a libertarian, is an outspoken advocate of personal freedoms and less government and is producer and host of the ComCast cable Channel 22 TV political show, "On Second Thought." He is a former property manager and real estate salesman.

Wagener was convicted, after a jury trial, in January 1998 in the Kewaunee County Wisconsin Circuit Court. Although the reason for the conviction was not detailed in Wisconsin court records, Wagener was convicted and sentenced to six years probation on Feb. 11 of that year on two counts of felony bail jumping, after serving 27 days in jail.

The issue involved Theresa S. Choe, the mother of two of his children, and according to his own written words "my non-legal plural wife." They came together, court records show, when she was 18, and were united by a marriage contract he wrote himself, records show.

Wagener also has a legal wife and five children in Santa Maria.

Originally from Wisconsin, Choe returned with the children to her home area. Court records show Wagener owes nearly ,14,000 in child support to Choe.

He failed to appear for a Feb. 19, 2002, hearing in the Wisconsin court dealing with child support. His excuse to the court was that he had a serious illness. But the next day he played host to the state Libertarian convention in Santa Maria.

The Wisconsin court has been advised of these facts by Choe, according to Pam Brown, a local woman who is the adoptive mother of one of the sons of Carole and William Wagener.

Court records show that Wagener/s past has involved several of what he calls "non-legal" wives. For many years, Carole and William Wagener lived in a polygamous relationship that involved at least four other "wives" and seven children, according to evidence presented in a 1993 child support and custody case in a local court.

Wagener became embroiled in the battle when Choe sued for child support and custody. He filed for bankruptcy shortly after the case went to court.

In a written statement filed with the court, Wagener said he didn/t believe he should have to pay child support to Choe because she was using their children "as a meal ticket as she used me and Carole for eight years for fun and games and a free meal ticket."

Wagener ran in November 2000 for a seat on the Santa Maria City Council and then for the Santa Maria Public Airport Board.

Carole Wagener was a candidate for trustee of the Santa Maria-Bonita School District in November 2000.

They lost the elections.

In his campaign statement for supervisor Tuesday, Wagener said "Over 30 years of making my living outside the government payroll is what sets me apart from my opponents."

He added, "we need a citizen-worker, not bureaucrats in this elected position."

William Wagener

William Wagener ran for 5th District County Supervisor in 2002 and was arrested shortly before the election. Because he was a convicted felon, Wisconsin authorities claimed that he had no right to run for political office. As a result, Wagener was arrested by Santa Barbara authorities.

In response, Wagener’s attorney John Holland said that his client’s prior conviction should have had no effect on his right to be a political candidate. He also said that because the terms of Wagener’s probation had been given to the SBPD in 1998, authorities were already aware of his record when they allowed him to run for office.

The charges against Wagener were dropped and he was released from jail. Still, his attorney accused Sneddon’s office of making sure Wagener was: “defamed and ridiculed in the local media in order to destroy his campaign for public office.” Wagener filed a lawsuit against the city of Santa Maria, Santa Barbara County and former Police Chief John Sterling, accusing them of violating his civil rights.

The lawsuit alleges that Police Chief John Sterling “had actual, advance knowledge of the plan by other defendants to falsely arrest, inaccurate and violate (Wagener’s) California and Federal civil rights.” Wagener claimed that authorities conspired against him because they wanted his opponent Joe Centeno to win the election.

William Wagener Sues Santa Barbara and Santa Maria County

Outspoken TV host files suit against city, county By Jasmine Marshall -- Staff Writer 8/22/03 An outspoken local television host has filed a lawsuit against the city of Santa Maria, Santa Barbara County and former police chief John Sterling alleging violations of his civil rights. William "B.J." Wagener has filed a lawsuit in Superior Court in Santa Maria, alleging that city and county officials -- along with officials in Door County, Wis.. -- violated his civil rights by arresting and jailing him shortly before the March 2002 primary election. He is seeking unspecified monetary damages. Wagener produces and hosts the public-access television show "On Second Thought." He is also a member of a group currently attempting to recall the Santa Maria City Council, and has fought against plans to add fluoride to the city's water supply. The County Counsel's office has not been served with the lawsuit, according to Steve Underwood, chief assistant to the county counsel. City Attorney Art Montandon expressed confidence the city would prevail in the case, which he called "unfounded." At the time of the arrest, Wagener was running for 5th District County Supervisor against then-mayor Joe Centeno and Jeanne Sparks, an assistant to former Supervisor Tom Urbanske. Wagener ultimately placed a distant third in the election, which was won by Centeno. A warrant for Wagener's arrest was issued by officials in Wisconsin five days before the election, on charges of violating the terms of his probation in connection with felony bail jumping. As a convicted felon, Wagener had no right to run for public office, Wisconsin authorities asserted . The charges against Wagner were ultimately dropped, and he was released from Santa Barbara County Jail on March 1, 2002. Wagener was convicted in a jury trail held in January of 1998 in the Kewaunee County Wisconsin Circuit Court, for violation of a restraining order, according to the statements of fact in his lawsuit. James C. Holland, the Ventura attorney representing Wagener, argued in his brief to the court that Wisconsin law had no bearing of his client's right to vote or run as a candidate in a political election. Holland also argues that Wagener's probation supervision had been transferred to Santa Barbara County in 1998. Holland argues that his client was "arrested and incarcerated, and defamed and ridiculed in the local media in order to destroy his campaign for public office..." The lawsuit alleges that former police chief Sterling "had actual, advance knowledge of the plan by other defendants to falsely arrest, inaccurate and violate (Wagener's) California and Federal civil rights." Holland said Thursday "it's a fair characterization to say there was a plan (among the defendants) in advance of (the arrest)." Wagener's lawsuit alleges a motive was "all to the benefit of his political opponent" -- Centeno. The lawsuit also alleges that a Santa Maria Police Officer, Greg Carroll, attempted to steal $100 in cash from Wagener, which he had in possession at the time of his arrest. Wagener claims Carrol "broke and tampered with the seal placed upon the bag containing the plaintiff's belongings, in an effort to cover up and mask ... the proof of his earlier misconduct." Thanks for the vids.

Mostly I have always been disappointed in Mes's interviews as I have always felt that he did make a good case for him after the trial. As he states in part 3, you do "win or lose a case in a courtroom" but he had a great opportunity to influence public perception after the trial. He states in the vid that he "stopped it fairly quickly" (it being interviews) because he was disillusioned by the media & exhausted however that was his opportunity to change it. He stated that he made the rounds for a couple of days & that he did British Radio & Italian TV. It is obvious he has a disdain for the media.

I am disappointed because I feel that Mes should make specific reasons for why he was acquitted, not "what a wonderful person" , "nicest, kindest human being" he was or that he was "treated so unjustly". The jury does not acquit for those reasons. Those things are obvious anyway.

I don't think that's very fair. Mez did make an excellent case for Mike after the trial, and at every opportunity (almost to the point of being boring) he repeated how dreadful the pros case was, how there was no evidence, how 70 sheriffs searched Neverland and found exactly NOTHING proof-wise, how Janet Arvizo had a history of making false claims, how Gavin was acting on the stand (and he took acting classes), how the jury saw through the prosecution smear campaign (the only thing they could resort to, as there was no proof of guilt whatsoever) and did the ONLY right thing. He keeps saying that all the time, AND of course what a charitable, wonderful person MJ was.

Mez is a lawyer. He hates the media, and so does Susan Yu. That's why Randy brought him to this case, because he wasn't seduced by the cameras and self-interest (fame) like other lawyers. He did those interviews because he felt the need to get the message about MJ out there in light of the media being biased and the trial coverage just bullshit. He even went on Jay Leno, to speak to that particular type of audience and try and get through to them. But he's an attorney, he doesn't care for spotlight, so we can't really expect him to be on tv all the time, he's got work to do and clearly doesn't appreciate too much attention. MJ was a friend and you can tell Mez cared deeply for him, but there are other things in his life besides that, and it's only fair enough.

I guess I understand what you mean that he could have done more - he could have written a book, or something, but then there would be the issue of him cashing in on MJ, like with everyone else. I'm sure he's thought about it long and hard, and chose the right thing for him.

And whoa about W Wagener - thanks for that article you posted, I did not know of the probation. You're right, he does have issues, you can see he makes Mez awfully uncomfortable at times with the things he says. I'm still not entirely sure whether I trust William. I have a *feeling* he's a good person and that he's honest about wanting the truth out there, and he *was* one of barely a handful that said MJ will be acquited. I'll have to do a bit more research on him.

And the fact that Mez spoke to him, well - couldn't hurt, he's already done CNN, NBC, and all the major ones anyway.

Just curious.

It doesn't make any difference for his doc. I don't think he needs $10 million for his doc from fans though. Doesn't seem like it should cost that much, he seems to have access to equipment, not sure if he owns it or not.
