Well maybe it has been some years and he is not getting the kind of job he had with Michael. The salary was good. Maybe people are whispering in his ear that he could sue AEG and make a settlement. Since no seasoned lawyer would take the case, he found a new lawyer who is an eager beaver. He is hoping to use the same e-mails and documents the Jacksons will use to win his case. His arguments will be that AEG wanted Michael to keep up with the schedule and hired Muarry to do so; AEG did not supervise Muarry which led to Michael's death. Who knows maybe the lawyers from his side and the Jackson side have made a deal. This is just me speculating.

had everyone done this including murray he might be her today. instead of enabling and worrying about their positions in michaels life. oh and that comment about being naive. everybody im sure in that house had a phone so ppl going on with their daily duties and letting 911 show up thirty minutes later is not sharing and caring. i dont know how naive that is!

We can all do the what if this person or that person had done something differently and come up with a long list of people who could have or should have supposedly intervened. But, in reality, the only two people that could have prevented this was Michael and Murray. I think that the trial showed so many errors by Murray that it continues to be mind-boggling. Ultimately, if ethics had won out, Michael should not have died that day. However, sometimes I still can not help but get angry that Michael did not kick Murray to the curb from seeing himself what people keep saying should have prompted all these others to jump into action even against Michael's will. Michael would have seen the weight loss, experienced the chills (both of which that he had not been experiencing prior to treatments from Murray), not seen the specialized equipment that was supposedly there before when he had used it previously by an anesthesiologist (not a cardiologist), received the information about the dangers of it, etc. . Michael was not stupid and could put two and two together. Michael wanted to call the nurse and regrettably she could not come see him; however, with symptoms like that there was no reason not to say take me to the hospital to his employees (which the nurse directed be done) or call some other doctor (I'm sure another one could have been contacted and paid big bucks for privacy). Michael had already brought up the topic with the nurse, so if it was related she would not have been shocked. Big difference in having to explain from scratch to somebody new.

I believe Michael Jackson was deliberately murdered by Conrad Murray.

Would have had to first obtain Michael’s approval, but I think it would have been difficult, he would have refused, because Murray was there and he trusted him ...
So should have made him lose his trust in Murray, but in the circumstances of the time, how ? and who could have done it?

I don't think Michael trusted Murray completly, I believe he was his only choice. If he trusted Murray, he didn't need to call Nurse Lee.

Documents aren't available but AEG has filed a demurrer - which is a dismissal request saying that there's no legal basis for such lawsuit. Oral arguments hearing are set for January 22.

Michael Jackson's personal assistant covered a bunch of expenses while the King of Pop was living in Vegas. Now, three years later, he's finally getting around to demanding payment.

Michael Amir Williams filed a creditor's claim with the Michael Jackson Estate, claiming he's still out $28,569.83. Among the items listed -- an $11K power bill, a $13K vehicle lease and almost $1K in phone bills.

As for why he took so long to file the claim, it's a little unclear -- ***** kicked the bucket back in June 2009 ... and most everyone else filed their claims years ago. In fact, he may have missed the filing deadline by a long shot.

Williams also filed a class action suit against AEG recently ... which AEG didn't really appreciate..

I checked Case summary a few days back and noticed there was a new creditors claim

Now I know who was it.

I'm disappointed his acts recently as I though he was nice, and the way he carried himself during the trial.
Obviously he has no money and he wants it from MJ's estate. Why didn't he put creditors claim in time when they were supposed to file?

Also if AEG was paying MJ's LA costs, which were supposed to take away from MJ's profits from tour, why would he need MAW to pay anything? Is he saying AEG didn't pay power, car lease and phone bill, but covered everything else?

According to the TMZ article, it was in Vegas, so before AEG. I'm disappointed too, he must be out of money, I guess

He seems really desperate. He realized he will get nothing from AEG, as that lawsuit he filed is practically impossible for him to win and now he is trying to get something from the Estate.

If he was owed money then he should have filed his claim years ago. He might be out of luck here has well

Ok where did he get all these thousands to pay Michael's bills? Didn't the Vegas bodyguards say they were not paid on time or something like that, so how did this assistant have all this money to pay someone else bills plus his own. Then, he hears about the deadline coming to an end years ago & saw people putting in their claims, so what was he waiting for? It seems LA has a lot of foolish attorneys like Oxman. I am sure Amir got a lot of money from Michael when he was alive, so maybe the estate should check out that association and ask back Amir for payment too. I am sure Michael paid for a lot of things for these guys and they used him as well.

Estate quickly paid the creditor claims for the people that worked for Michael - including Kai Chase, T - Mez and even Leonard Rowe. I'm pretty sure MAW would also got paid if he got a legit claim.

The main question is why this late to ask for payment?

And obviously the other question is how did he afford to spend nearly $30,000?

Ivy that is my big question too. Where did he get the dough to pay a rich man's bills. Even if he makes 75,000 a year--you minus taxes, personal debts & expenses including mortgage or rent, car payments plus gas, and still he has that amount to pay Michael's bills. This guy is an excellent saver. Then, how can he prove he paid these amounts from his pocket & that he was never reimbursed? If he shows a receipt stating paid, how will that show that the money paid came from him & not Michael? Maybe he has a bank receipt showing that exact amount was taken from his savings on the same day? Oh well...

I agree. Wasn't AEG paying everything regarding Michael's living expenses before the tour? Something stinks about this to me. It doesn't sound right.

Absolutely! When I read the article this morning, those were my questions as well. The deadline to file claims was not a secret. And you might think that in the past three years he would have noticed being still owed 30k.
It raised my eyebrows and a bunch of questions...

If someone is desperate for money I wouldn't trust them. He could write a book or go to the tabloids and such. Will see what he does because I don't think he will get money from aeg or the estate.

I feel a bad smell about it.... It's a lot of money. Where did he get a lot of money to pay bills? And why he has not solved this with Michael? He remember this NOW that Michael is not here? Very strange... :fear: I would like to understand why people wait so long to sort things out. :wtf: Yes, money is a curse.

But the time lapse is not normal. People with a limited income know when they are owed money. I mean everyone ran to get their money. Even Muarry tried to get his from AEG. What made him wait. I feel if he is owed money, he should be reimbursed, but the time lag makes me suspicious. Does anyone know if he is employed at this time? Maybe things are hard for him. Working for Michael had several perks which he will not find with another employer.

Marebear I don't want to judge him, but I was also thinking that too--if he does not get money he might want to do a tell all book with some trash in it.
