Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

I hope that the media won't give this guy a platform but sadly i'm 90% sure that's gonna happen. When it comes to MJ the media have no limits on how low they will sink. There will probably be book deals, TV interviews and lots of other B.S, and you just know that the media will try to make Murray look sympathetic and make MJ look like the bad guy.

I hope i'm wrong. I really do

no... as the freak. the pedophile drug addicted freak.
it's 100% coming. i'm sure.

Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

His lawyer is beyond unprofessional.I saw her arguing with a MJ fan on "Inside Edition" and she was literally screaming at the MJ fan woman, then she stormed off like a 16 year old girl after a fight with one of her friends.

He'll get his come-up'ins.If he wasn't gonna die in jail,he'll die out of jail.Someone will end up killing him, that's for sure.(by the way,I am not condoning death wishes or violence)

Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

yea, I saw that too on inside Edition.

Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

Conrad Murray is a Halloween trick without the treat but it will be fun watching him reap the harvest of what he has sewn. Murray is a ghoul.

Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

I hate this, all of it: Michael and the IDIOT crossing paths, the TII concert series, his death and the circus that followed it. Most of all, I hate that he's GONE. Michael Jackson's artistry has been a part of my life since the J5 debuted, now this "new normal" of him not being in this world cuts deep, hurts deep. I told myself I wasn't going to cry, but F it... :boohoo:

Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

A few wishes about Murray which I have:

- please everyone and anyone never allow him to work as a doctor again
- please don't give him a platform of any kind to profite from his killing of Michael Jackson
- please noone harm him or kill him or do him intentionally bad... there's not even the need for any remorse from him to me cuz the crime is done and can't be undone and also... cuz I really want him to meet Gods undivided very complete anger and justice.

- please never let me cross this guys way

that's it... oh and I wish this is the last time I'll give this guy any space in my life unless I have to work and/or some possilibity myself somehow to make my wishes come true of cuz! ;)

Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's doctor, shopping memoir

After serving half of his four-year sentence, Conrad Murray was released from Los Angeles County Jail on Monday, and is reportedly shopping a memoir. The former surgeon was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for delivering a fatal dose of the anesthetic Propofol to Michael Jackson, and according to TMZ, used his time in prison to write a memoir of his time with the King of Pop.

The turn to publishing by Murray, who has had his medical license revoked, is not unusual for someone in his position forced to find another way to make a living. There’s a long history of bestselling books hitting the shelves after time in prison, or in the wake of a national scandal.

After the Watergate scandal during President Nixon's administration, most of the Watergate conspirators pursued careers as authors after stints in federal prison. Former White House counsel John Dean’s "Blind Ambition" was published by Simon & Schuster and was made into an eight-hour drama CBS drama. Fellow conspirator H.R. Haldeman followed Dean with "The Ends of Power," as did G. Gordon Liddy with his 1980 memoir “Will” — the latter also adapted as a movie for television.

More recently, lobbyist Jack Abramoff published "Capitol Punishment" after serving just over three years for fraud and conspiracy. Abramoff was in the news this week with the murder conviction of Anthony “Little Tony” Ferrari, who shot casino owner Gus Boulis, a business associate of Abramoff. Allegedly, Abramoff’s fraud set the murder in motion and was a subject of the film "Casino Jack" (2010) starring Kevin Spacey. Abramoff was ordered to pay $23.1 million back to victims of his shady dealings, mostly Native American tribes. The feds initially intended to garnish the income directly from Abramoff’s publisher, but relented.

And of course, there’s Mike Tyson, who this year published a tell-all; and Monica Lewinksy, whose second memoir—long after the Kenneth Star investigation—garnered a $12-million advance in 2012.

Hello fans,
This is Majestik Magnificent. I haven’t written to you all in a long time. I am writing now because I got some very disturbing emails. I agree with you all 100% about this injustice, but violence is not the answer. Some of you, not all of you, said to me that you would like to do harm to Conrad Murray. This way is not Michael Jackson. He would not want you to put yourselves in harm’s way. The spirit of Michael Jackson is about love and peace. In saying that, I truly believe a terrible injustice has been done with Conrad Murray killing the biggest person on the planet and then after three years being given his freedom. You have the right under the constitution of freedom of speech, and freedom of expression to march and picket, but that is it. There is no way you can do violence, for that would be illegal. But keep creating an awareness and let the world know letting Conrad Murray out of jail is an injustice. I wish I could tell you and say to you what you want to hear. But I cannot. Now, believe me when I tell you, it does not look good for Conrad Murray’s karma. He will pay. It will be proven to the world that he is a murderer and no good will come to him because of what he has done. You must believe in karma. He will pay. Your loyalty to Michael Jackson and the Jackson family is like no other. But please do not even think about violence. To those of you that were at the police station when he was set free, I commend you. The Jackson family thanks you. So don’t be sad or angry. The universe has a way of taking care of evil doers. I ask you to leave it at that. Keep loving Michael, keep his legacy alive, and stay strong. The Michael Jackson fans are the greatest fans in the world, so said Michael Jackson himself.
Respectfully,
Majestik Magnificent

Admin Note: There wil be no death threats or discussion of wishful thinking of death threats. If you wish to discuss the Jackson's in regards to restitution / restraining order etc. there is a thread already available for that discussion. You are certainly welcome to discuss the Jackson's if it relates directly to any events unfolding in the Murray saga. But a few have taken advantage and have a habit of wanting to turn every thread into their personal Jackson bashing thread which derails the threads for miles. Please don't do that here. This thread is designated for discussion about "Murray" and events surrounding his release and actions.

Thank you for your cooperation and as always if you have any questions or concerns PM Admin and do not derail the thread by replying or discussing moderation requests on the board.

‘So Dr Conrad Murray was released last night. Ive been thinking about it since early this morning. Inside I'm upset but as long as that Demon walks God’s green earth* I know his time is coming. Jail was nothing compared to what's to come. MJ fans, let God and Mr Jackson [Michael] handle him. The real penalty is about to commence. Stay strong MJ fans.

Conrad Murray reunites with son after serving two years in jail for death of Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray reunited with the youngest of his seven children on Monday just hours after he was quietly freed from jail.

He celebrated his first taste of freedom in two years by taking his son Che Giovanni, whose mother is actress Nicole Alverez, on a mountain hike.

Murray, who was convicted of killing the pop superstar with an overdose of a powerful anaesthetic, had also made a stop at an In-N-Out burger restaurant that same day.

I enjoyed seeing Valerie Wass admit 'it was a crime of negligence' immensely. An incompetent attorney for an incompetent doctor...match made in hell.

^^ I enjoyed seeing her getting more and more pissed off because she couldn't speak on front of the cameras while fans were shouting at the background, then she lost her nerves and started shouting back to fans:rollin:
How professional:smilerolleyes:

Those are not recent pictures taken now. Look at the pictures taken by TMZ. He looks older and his hair is short and gray. In the pictures posted on the blog his hair is longer and Murray looks younger.

He was gray haired before he went to jail, but he was coloring it.

Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

He killed Michael. It doesn't matter which words his attorney likes to say. That's the bottom line. He killed him and thinks he did nothing wrong. He has no remorse. I don't want to look or hear from him because he makes me ill.

Conrad Murray: MJ Would Be ‘APPALLED’ At the Way I’m Treated
Michael Jackson would be appalled at the way people are disparaging Conrad Murray …. so says the doctor who just got out of jail for killing the singer.

Dr. Murray — who clearly uncapped a tube of Just for Men since his release from jail — says unequivocally — “I never harmed him [Michael].”

Murray believes Jackson injected himself with the fatal dose of Propofol when the doc wasn’t looking.

Also, people are under the HUGE misconception that Murray's hair is 'short' in his pictures right after release. This is insaccurate. Murray actually has a 'compacted fro'. Said fro is more than likely patted down and molded into the dome shape that is visible below.

In the images of him with his son, which were taken AFTER his release, his fro is styled and picked, which makes his hair look longer because its been picked into a fro.

Proof that these images are AFTER his release is in this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofw4zGQlTLI

The images with his son were paid for by npg.com that is clearly in the watermark of the video. It is evident that he had them photoshop the pics to remove some of the aging that was visible in TMZ's pics.

Thanks all for providing "safe" sites for us to view Murray's shenanigans. As we all suspected would happen, Murray is on track to sweet-talk the public into seeing his side, and it will work because he is very persuasive with his quietly-spoken, Trinidad accented messages of love.

Really, I'm just so mad ALREADY that he is dissing MJ fans and trying to make us feel guilty, because "I loved Michael, he loved me..love love love. Michael would be appalled at you blah blah"

This is going to be very very long and difficult for us, and with Wade thrown into the mix as well, *sigh. Stay strong everyone.

Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

I find it puzzling that people are claiming to be 'boycotting Murray', yet are keeping up with his every word, pic and movement via the campaign site. It doesn't matter what site you view it on, if you're viewing it surely you're not boycotting him. There's nothing wrong with wanting to hear what he's up to. But if you really don't, then don't look at all, anywhere. Ignore him.

I know the idea is not to allow him or associated media etc to profit, but 'to read it is to feed it', and as long as TMZ etc are being read (and you can be sure they know about all the MJ sites and campaigns) they'll keep providing.

I'm afraid, maybe because I'm a newcomer here and therefore view things rather differently, I just see the boycottcmcampaign as one huge advert for Murray - everything collated in one place - a huge reminder of 'the tragic manner in which he was taken from us' which the campaign says MJ should not be remembered for.

We are a group of very concerned Michael Jackson fans. We are uniting out of our respect for Michael Jackson and his legacy. He was a global superstar and while he should be remembered for his artistry, he should also be remembered for his humanitarianism. Of equal importance was his love for his own children and his loyal fans. These are the things an individual like Michael Jackson should be remembered for... not the tragic manner in which he was taken from us.

Michael Jackson's doctor sues Texas over license

Posted: Thursday, October 31, 2013 2:49 pm | Updated: 4:08 pm, Thu Oct 31, 2013.
Associated Press |

The Texas doctor convicted in the death of pop superstar Michael Jackson is suing the state for stripping his right to practice medicine, and his attorney said Thursday that the cardiologist has former patients eager for him to work again.

Conrad Murray, who was released from a California jail this week after serving less than two years for involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death, accuses the Texas Medical Board of prematurely revoking his license. Murray claims in his lawsuit filed in Austin that his 2011 conviction isn't final in California until his appeals are exhausted.

Murray states in an affidavit that he's more than $400,000 in debt and can't afford to pay court costs.
"Anybody who wants to work in this country ought to be able to have the right to do so. Dr. Murray is like everyone else, in that he needs to be able to do his line of work," said Charles Peckham, Murray's attorney.

Texas Medical Board spokesman Jarrett Schneider said the agency cannot comment on pending litigation.

Murray was convicted of causing Jackson's death in June 2009 by providing him with the powerful anesthetic propofol as a sleep aid. Jackson was in the midst of preparations for a series of comeback concerts and Murray was serving as his physician.

Murray filed the lawsuit Friday, three days before he was freed after serving half of a maximum four-year sentence.
Murray previously maintained clinics in Houston and Las Vegas. His medical license is currently suspended in California.
In court papers filed in Texas, Murray expresses concern that the revocation of his Texas license could give California reason to take the same action.
"The Texas Medical Board, in taking my license puts me in imminent harm of irreparable injury," Murray said in court papers.

Brian Panish, an attorney for the Jackson family, has said Murray should not have "a chance to hurt anyone else" by practicing medicine.

I'm going to puke. There is no end to this nightmare:puke:

Hats off for Texas medical board for acting as fast as their did, but California medical board needs to do the same. Wasn't doctor Alon Steinberg (who testified in CM trial) member of California medical board?

Well, the way I see it is, it's better to have 5or 6 hits from the big fan groups, rather than a million hits from individual fans. They count hits, not what they think you might be reading - that's why they have salacious and false headlines. I think it's important that fans keep up with the news, that way we have ammunition to defend Michael.
the media knows it won't change the minds of MJ fans, it's the general public that can be swayed.
I think we have a good system of gathering information without benefitting the big media groups.

Re: Conrad Murray is now released from Jail Oct 28th 12:01 am [News and Discussion Thread]

Maybe the compromise can be that certain people find out what Murray is doing but only post what is relevant as it pertains to him making money from murder.

I don't think we need to dog his every footstep. And I also feel he is entitled to make a honest living.

BUT if he crosses that line and writes a book, does an interview, ends up with a reality show, etc - then we can be on him like white on rice!!

You don't understand this invention, Vera!

See: These unnamed boycott-people were thinking: 'Why should the fans click to every media side to read about Murray? For every single medium is every click meaning: money. And this money we can earn if we bundle up the press articles on one (our) webside.'

I never have heard from any appeal initiated from anonym people. Before one will support an appeal he would ask 'Who is/are the initiator/s from this appeal?'. It is important to know who is the initiator in due many reasons.
But it seems for this boycott it should be not important or the initiator want not show his or their face(es).
I never have seen something like that (and I have seen much in my life).
