New MJ Pepsi Can

It updated. News of the cans originally told us it was going to be USA only but MJ estate have now said it will be other countries too.

I hadn't realised that decision had changed in such a short space of time. Pepsi must be as shambolic as the Estate! haha. I beg your pardon.

Initially it was just speculation based off a low quality image [seen in OP]. MJ Estate just corrected what fans were saying.

Yeah that's what I was meaning, I think it's better to be clear when you're speculating. Anyway, let's move on.

In what countries were they sold the cans last time? Quite new in the fandom, so I don't know. Imagine they'd sell them in the same one than last time?

I picked up a 12 pack of the Diet Pepsi cans. All 12 are MJ.

Not many. A lot weren't interested and didn't pick them up. I'd heard Pepsi had a hard time with it.

I noticed that Pepsi has a partnership with FIFA for the upcoming football world cup. Are they really going to go with this Generation campaign in football mad countries while the FIFA World Cup is ongoing?

I doubt it.

Football is not that popular in the USA so I can see why they might focus on the generations campaign there, but football is huge in many other countries. In the UK I expect to see world cup cans, not MJ cans.

Stating GTA meaning "Greater Toronto Area", I can't comfirm it yet, but I just asked if the cans really are in the area of Toronto, then that would mean cans Canada must've had them.

??????????wtf..... who told you that dumb shit?

They mean football as in soccer to them to Europeans, not the other football to North Americans.

Anyways. I got a conformation from my brother. He told me he spotted MJ cans at Valu-Mart in my hometown. So the cans are indeed in Canada. Finally!

LOL Yeah you got it.

I was referring to the game of Football (which you Americans incorrectly refer to as Soccer), rather than the game American's refer to as 'Football', which was actually derived from Rugby - a totally different sport! Perhaps Americans shouldn't call it Football after all, it's kinda dumb, right?!

Of course proper Football, not Americanised Rugy, is also watched in the USA but it's not nearly as popular. (Yes that's the proper English spelling of Americanised, not the Americanised version which is spelled with a 'z' instead of an 's'.)

Who says we speak the same language eh??

Anyway. We got there in the end.

After I posted yesterday I went into my local shop and sure enough there were cardboard cutouts from Pepsi promoting the FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) World Cup. Zero chance of Pepsi UK promoting MJ cans.

Don't the Aussies call it soccer too?

To further complicate matters it's actually rugby football :D

^ thats cool..

all these things are cool but it's just sad that this is all we can get.. Michael is not here!!!! sorry, a bit emotional..

I found the bottle with MJ on it today. I think the cans will be easier to find as summer goes on because these are basically the regular cans of Pepsi. It's not like the Bad 25 cans that weren't the regular cans.

Yes, we call it "Soccer" in Australia. We call American football "Grid Iron", or NFL.

In our country, we have three types of football, in addition to Soccer.

They are called Rugby League, Rugby Union and Australian Rules (AFL).
Australian Rules is very popular in the southern states (a lot of passing by hand and kicking).
Rugby League is huge in the eastern states and is a "working class" sport.
Rugby Union is a University/College sport and is more "upper class" and international.
It's played in all states, but is not as well-promoted as Rugby League, in television coverage.

We are also crazy about Cricket, which is played at a state, national and international level.

I'm fairly sure I'm gonna have to buy my Pepsi can on e-bay and pay exhorbitant shipping charges.

MJ hunters go to work!

Apparently this is in Walmart:

Has anybody seen one in their local store?
