the song "we've had enough" was recorded in 2004 along with "whatever happens" so does that mean that Michael was planning a new album around 2004/2005 ?
 
yeah i think so. There was a BUNCH of stuff happening before the trial happened. He was filming a video and everything.

Look around for it...he was filming a video for One More Chance, and the show Extra did have some pics from the set, but by the time November 2003 rolled around, well...we know how it played out.
