Mine would have to be: Dont Stop The Music by Rihanna (sample Wanna Be Startin Somethin)

or

Bootylicious - Destinys Child (all the "hehes" n MJ screams..lol...and the vdeo...sampling the Thriller dance and Billie Jean wardrobe and performance choreography)
