i saw it on an MJ vid and was like what is that??

The YANA girls are the girls that came up on stage when Michael sang You Are Not Alone on tour. Very lucky girls they were too! :D Although I have to say, I feel sorry for the security guards who had to take them off the stage afterwards! :p
 
A YANA girl is one of the lucky girls who had the chance to come on stage and hug Michael while he was singing You are not alone on HIStory tour.
 
if i were YANA girl i would not let michael go...
i swear, it would have been too difficult to separate us....:pash:

Oh My God .....I know I NEVER would of let go of Michael...:love:.....I have ALWAYS wanted to be a "You are not alone" girl.....security would of had to peel us apart....:snuggles:

My definition: a YANA girl is a blessed lucky devil who gets to go on stage with Michael, with him seranading them. Then all girls in the crowd secretly try to be happy for them while wishing it were them, and staring at said YANA girl with daggers. And notice how all the girls in the crowd turn a bright shade of green. :p

I can imagine LOL :p kicking and screaming like a loon...man I would try so hard not to go nuts, but I would prob faint, and then kick myself for the rest of my life :lol:

oh I wrote about them but there was back up and my posts vanished :(

However, the first girl saw Michael in 92 and the other girl in 97.
The first girl is still his fan and she's crazy about him. She said that he was amazing (of course lol). He moved so smooth and gentle.. She said his hands were soft and very "manly" ;D Also said that he smelled like baby and his hair was very soft (cause she thought black people have thick hair). Mmmm.. his make up on the neck was smudged and she could see his vitiligo. She stressed on his eyes - they were sooooo deep and honest and curious and.. idk. I don't remember what she particulary said but I do remember that the most important thing was the eyes.
It's pity the other girl is not his fan anymore. She gave up being his fan short after the concert though. She was with friends on the concert and after that when they were in the bus going home she said something like "be jealous, i saw him and i touched him and you didn't haha" It look like she's no good person :/
 
How did they get picked? Were they just random girls from the audience?

Normally yes. Once I read a yana girl testimonial where she tell she was caught up during the rehearsal. She was just supposed to attend during that moment, but the producer invited her to go back stage at the day of the concert, so she had not one, but TWO chances to dance together with MJ!! (should be like winning lottery twice!?)

That´s amazing! OMG, but how someone that could met MJ PERSONALLY can give up being his fan!!! It´s so weird for me!!
I wish I could read some opinion about it from the most famousYANA girls... like those from Dangerous Tour in Bucharest, or HIstory Tour from Munich...
