Yes, I believe the people who know about this first hand are courageous but they are aware, there is a Smear Campaign against anyone who supports "Foul Play".

I don't know what they are going to do but I highly doubt this is going away.

In other words there's more than us who are seeking Justice for Michael.

The problem is, once charges are officially filed and an arrest made (probably only ONE arrest), it would be much harder if not impossible to re-open the case. The official investigating would be officially DONE, then. What I fear the most is that the most obvious person will be arrested and will take a minor fall. He may expect money down the road, or may have been threatened to keep quiet. I think the real perps are probably very high-level, and are virtually untouchable for political reasons. That's why I hope (but do not expect), some of those who worked on TII to come forward.

What we don't know, and what there is conflicting information about, are (among other things):

What was Michael's health, really? If he was not in shape to do the concerts, and people knew that, they he was worth more dead than alive.

How many rehearsals did he really attend? There is a lot of conflicting info about that, but those who were THERE would know. Even if it's only a guy who was doing to lighting or sound, he would know if Michael was there, or not there.

Who hired the body-guards. Specifically, WHO hired them and gave them orders?

Why did the info about the missing Security tapes. . . go missing from the news? Were they really missing? Have they ever been recovered? Who took them? Who would have had access and motive to take them?

(We should probably have a thread specifically devoted to just QUESTIONS. Maybe later, or someone else can start it?)
 
I heard that Michael"s house was not sealed for days afer that horrible thing....and there were people were coming in and out whenever they pleased.How could such a thing happen ??!!! That is probably how evidence disapeard. Unbelivable.

That's why evidence against Murray, or anyone, is so weak. Nothing found at the house is usable as evidence, because the house was not sealed as a crime-scene. NOTHING is usable because anyone could have put things there or taken things away. I picked up on that right away, from those initial tv reports. Was it a mistake, that it was not sealed, or was it deliberate? Don't know.

That's interesting that the family went to the LAPD for help before Mike's murder but of course the LAPD didn't do anything. I had no idea that they went for help prior to the 25th.

Yep, and that's why the security cameras were stolen so they wouldn't know who entered or left the house. I don't know, to me you would think that the LAPD would have blocked it off, and not with a little rope like they did. :smilerolleyes: But actually block it off as a crime scene. That's why Murray basically forced the paramedics to take Mike to the hospital so the house wouldn't become a crime scene and then whoever came in to "clean up" could do it without getting caught.

I have not seen this list but I know how I felt when I learned of 2 of the people on it!

We have been "dupped" and "used".

Shame on them! They were not a Michael Jackson fan like us, they were here only to get their foot in the door on Team MJ and they did that by betraying all of us who knew and liked them.

They were told confidential information and used that information to help the people around Michael maintain the control over him, despite knowing how concerned some of his family were for his health and life.

In other words, someone was playing 2 sides and they came to the online community to keep up with what was going on so they would always have a leg up on things.

They spoke to us, became our friend and pretended to really care about MJ, but there now is evidence, they betrayed MJ and us, Just so they could have an official and permanent standing on Team MJ.

They did not care at all abaout our Michael, he could have been taken out of that situation and those in his family who really cared could have gotten to him in time if these "mo' fo's hadn't played their cruel a$$ game!! Damn! I am so pissed!

To me, they are worst than that idiot Murray.

They could have helped him but they choose not too, they made a conscience decision that being in a position of power was more important than a human life.

And the D.A. sits on it...

Where is the Justice for Michael! Where is it?

and that she was ignored.

The June Gatlin angle is now part of public record, if the authorities were doing their job thoroughly, they would already know about her and would have contacted her on their own.

But like you said, I too hope June and anyone elese who have information and proof about the crooks around Michael and their experiences would come forward and contact them on their own and continue calling the LAPD and demanding answers and Justice!!!!!!!!

If I were them and had any knowledge of what was actually going on, I would have sang like 2 damn songbirds and I would also be calling up the authorties making sure they were doing what they are supposed to be doing.

I'd be all over the media spilling everything, they wouldn't be able to ignore me!

When I told my husband this yesterday, his said, if I did all this, he would be a widower and our kids would be motherless...

That kicked me right in the chest and I was reminded of what we are actually dealing with here..

They don't have to go to the media. Hiring private investigators and

telling the police what they know or don't know will do.

Joseph and Latoya don't look scared of any sophisticated crooks to

me. If they've been brave enough to speak to the public, they will

do so to the police.

Maria, I am recieving this information as 3rd party, those of whom have first hand account of these details and who have seen evidence with their own eyes would be the ones taken seriously by the authorities.

Several of them have already gone to the authorities more than once and they do have legal counsel.

This isn't going away, things have been set into motion by those close who seek Justice for Michael.

I understand your pm now, I went to my pm's before coming in the I.U. Section and hadn't seen your post first.

Now that you mention it Hemlockdevi, I too remember a list from that exact time frame.

It was stated by fans who were present at a hotel in California or Vegas, someone was passing that list out and handing it to fans, then Michael called in to sepak to the fans and they put him on loud speaker or something?

Anybody remember that?

I am not all convinced Liz Taylor had ongoing and regular access to MJ.

The crooks and murderers around Michael wasn't going to have someone who could help him in their business on a consistant basis.

Liz Taylor was in a wheelchair and unable to fully help herself in the last few months and weeks of MJ's life.

The first list( you are mentioning) don't involve the two names I was given, so maybe a few of the names on both list will be the same but not all.

The list you are talking about were the crooks in his camp of whom he knew were after the Sony ATV catalogue.
 
doctors knew of his issues with insomnia. why one didnt advise him properly or offer advice in the first place if they didnt. its upto them to work out via thier conscence

I do not know what to say. There are still phones could be used etc. Did somebody control MJ phones? It is very confusing situation. Liz was also a friend of Dr Klein and honestly I do not likethis connection. Dr. Klein is one who is under investigation now. I know that after MJ was killed Liz removed Klein from her twitter account. It was discussed on forums.

Im at the same point and have wondered the same how did they Isolate Michael like this, this circle of people had to be completely around him, did he really have access to phones, didnt they have a thread early in the investigation that "the phones where not working in the house" ?
