I always cook for myself lol, so i usually stick to a pretty heathly clean diet, bit lately i have fallen off the rail a bit lol.

Just do some research, and apply the knowlegde to solve your health problems, its mostly just down to diet, and dont forget to treat yourself once in a while, and have fun ok. We are all supporting you, please dont feel alone.

that's what my Aunte Cindy say to me yesterday she came by to give me her bike to me si she say put on MJ so loud & work it out :wild::doh::tease:

i'm still sick right know i'm dealing with my lift ear is so much in pain :cry:

but i change my eatting to make my health problems better then i got sick is that great :lol: :cry:
this lift ear neverends the pain but the good thing is that i'm eatting soup & water & watching t.v all day :lol: & i try to have nap to make me feel better but the pain keeps on going :cry:
but i'm strong gril but bring in pain i'm not strong gril :cry:
 
awww i had 4.5 pints last night haha, im ok, just feel tired and still got a lil of my cold left lol

Just remember dont give up, you will get better and healthier, a change of diet can do amazing things, this is coming from someone who knows, its all worth it, you will see!! :):)

I'm with you. I have to give up some food because I was depressed over what happened and started eating donuts way too much. It's not easy but for our health we must. I wish I had Michael Jackson's will power.

past weeks i haven't feeling well & i'm not doing my deit very well :yes: :giggle: or eatting very much this cold got me so badly i was so ill but in frist night was last night i sleep through the night but i woke up my mother say that my check is rose :yes: :) but i'm still taking my maile sorry about my spelling is very 100% bad :yes:

so we all hard about the anyother earth quite in chille :( & there is more strom ahead to anyother place in the world
we all should pray for the love in this world to stop the stroms of pain cause we don't what to lose more love ones in this world
if we all pray the sametime we all can be strong to fight with the strom to stop it cause the strom hurts us cause we love are love ones

i what this year to be better but is not i what this year to be better :cry: i just the world to be better for me & you that's all i what :cry:

so i'm writting anyother charity song call "WE ALL SHOULD PRAY"
