Hey jackie11 is going well & o.k my deit is going up & down but i'm getting there the one problem is that the sweet is getting me like creazy :yes: :giggle:

past weeks i'm in so much in hell alot of pain :yes: :cry: all my body whats to do is drink milk :yes: is wried to see that happen cause i don't drink milk but it happen that pain i get all the time i don't how to spell :lol:

put i really tryying to get my life together and tryying to let my fears out :yes:
 
awww yeah im trying to sort my life out too!!! Im gonna drink a bit less (not that i drink much anyway) and take up a sport this year, im quite active anyway, but i just wanna get very fit lol

Its tough when you can't have something you want and its in front of your face like that isn't it, especially if other people are enjoying it in front of you :/

Leave the room when they have it.. its the only way!

Can you have chocolate.. that has dairy in it?

i did leave the room i'm upsits listening to my ipod & :cry: too

past weeks i haven't been feeling weel & past the weekend too & today too

so today i didn't eat very much at all cause the way my tummy going through the change & upset

so for dinner i had soup & Orange with water :D

aww im alergic to diary lol. I can have a bit but not much or it upsets my system lol.

but is true that i'm in bad mood this week

is very hard to change your life cause you're diffenert inside & outside cause i'm different is very hard to be slow & telling with different changing in me

is so hard to go out cause there is so much MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM food out there but i can't have it & it's so hard to go out to place to go out to get cause everybody cooks in bad ways :yes: :( is very hard :yes:

so 5 hours ago i came home from the mall i brought myself a giltter sliver scarpbook i was thinking to make something speacil about my heao my angel MICHAEL JACKSON in it :D
then one stoes his sale happen for $0.75 :D so i spread about & 10.00 :yes: :D

but is hard for me in this world who i'm is very sad cause frist i got slow in me & then i got alot of health probelms is hard cause nobody is supporting me this kind of way :yes: :cry:

but i know who support me i know this will sound funny to say MJ music really happens me alot is like healing in side me :D

but i just wrote a cool song so maybe tomorrow i'll post it :)

hey dont be down, find something thats makes you laugh, it can be anything
I always cook for myself lol, so i usually stick to a pretty heathly clean diet, bit lately i have fallen off the rail a bit lol.

Just do some research, and apply the knowlegde to solve your health problems, its mostly just down to diet, and dont forget to treat yourself once in a while, and have fun ok. We are all supporting you, please dont feel alone.

Yeah his music is really good to work out to. Pump it up lol


And yeah please post your song. And i wanna see some pics of your glittery scrapbook :)
