well....its hard to tell usually unless they stop. For the last 5 years I was down there with my sja crew and get to be on vaseline duty, which mean standing by the side of the road with vaseline on ur hand for people to take. The other job is to be at base rubbing baby oil on people who stop. And when it rains all the men get 'runner's nipple' and there are blood trails down all their tops...uke:

although last tim we were at 23 miles i think down opposite the eye and cos its so colse to the finish no one was really stopping so less rubbing, but there were more blisters uke:
