Larry: You think your brother was killed?
Jermaine: Yes, of course, of course.
Larry: No doubt in mind.
Jermaine: No doubt in mind.

"He prepares his cases to an absolute obsessive extent.
Ed handles most of the complicated cases in the firm, including the Federal indictments and intricate State cases.
Ed lost one felony jury trial out of forty. Every year he worked as an Assistant DA he led all trial prosecutors in cases tried and won. His first trial after leaving the DA’s office involved an Aggravated Robbery where the Defendant was recorded on videotape committing the crime. He won, nonetheless. He continued to win. In one year as a defense attorney he won all five cases he tried, and the total time it took for the jury to come to their conclusions of acquittal totaled 1 hour and 15 minutes."

Larry: Have the authorities done enough?
"It's the D.A's office....and I just don't trust anybody, I really really don't. One of the hearings we went to, they're sitting here laughing, they're laughing. I felt like getting up and walking out. First of all, I think TMZ was filming this and they all showboating for the camera and they were talking about whether the license should be taken or not, and there was chuckles and laughs...and I'm sitting here saying, "We lost our brother. How disrespectful." And we're sitting here and I wanted to get so bad and just walk out. This is our system, our judicial system, and they're sitting their laughing."
I said before that Murray doesn't need to gear up. He has people doing that for him. Well, looks like NO ONE really needs to gear up........This is a break for Ed Chernoff. He gets a high profile case AND he doesn't need to prepare to an absolute obsessive extent......talk about luck.
But I still think Murray got that lawyer just in case......
