Hello! :) I didn't see this posted anywhere :scratch:so I hope it's okay!?

I think everyone should listen to this interview that Willam Wagener recently did with Rev. Catherine Gross on her "A Place in your heart radio show!"

He says many truthful and shocking things! He talks about the 05 trial, the documentary that's needed to help get Sneddon indicted with help by fans, the jurors like Elenore Cook (Juror # 5) :smilerolleyes: and what she and the others admitted to him when he interviewed them after the trial! Also a shocking 911, MJ and Princess Diana connection :bugeyed and much more!

Hearing all this made me even angrier about what has happen and been done to MJ and WE gotta do something about it!:angry: This is what's important!:yes:

there is one thing I don't understand about Willam Wagener. Perhaps somebody can clear that up. In the end of his videos he keeps asking MJ fans for donations, saying that he needs 2 mil dollars to sue Sneddon (not a direct quote, just how I remember it). Why is he asking for donations from MJ fans? It doesn't look good to me.

edit: or is it one mil dollars? I don't remember correctly. anyway, it's some huge amount of money

He probably thinks that only the fans can felt involved to sue TS for what he had done to Michael, we are the greatest support he could find - But, I don't really know the US Laws, I read somewhere that DAs have an immunity and cannot be sued whatever the faults they made. Am I wrong ? or maybe it depends on the states ? or the judge ? :scratch:
 
that I understand. what I don't understand is the one million dollars part. is it that expensive to sue someone?

I agree. The guy is fishy. Be careful, guys!
 
He wants to make a documentary on footage he has of the 05 trial and info he has and had while covering the trial! So he can then get it to air all over the world especially California! That's why he needs the money to fund the doc which he can't do alone! His hope is that the doc get's people angry as it should and get Sneedon indicted! He explains it better then me in the interview! So I suggest people actually hear it before saying he can't be trusted or something!!

But, if u don't trust him still after hearing what he has to say then I guess don't donate when the time comes! But, I think he is trying to sincerely help clear MJs name! He always defended MJ on his show since the trial started and he hasn't backed down!

I wouldn't rush into doing anything guys. Yes he makes some great points but what makes me suspect of him when I saw one of his vids was when he said he wasn't an MJ fan yet all his videos and shows are about Michael.

According to what I heard and saw from him, he have some griefs with TS about the way he investigates the cases, and the MJ case is the one he can use to sue TS because he had manipulated the proofs and this has been proved - and as I said previously we are the greatest support he could found - Even if he's not a MJ fan, he is obviously a Justice fan. Michael was not the only one who has been shake down by TS but he was the most famous.

So what if he isn't a fan of MJ's Solo music (which is what he meant), He said he is a Jackson Five Fan more. And I wouldn't ignore the important things he is saying just because he doesn't have MJ Cd's! The man focuses on corrupted people in our justice system and Sneddon is one of many he wants to expose to the world!

If 500,000 to one million of you give from $10 to $20 on average in a single day, we'll have what we need, and no one feels financial pain. If the Pledges add up to $10 million, we will set up a "Money Bomb Day" when all of you will donate what you promised. The money will be moved into the LLC (Limited Liability Company,set up to produce this documentary on TV).
None of the money will come to me directly, but go to the LLC which will pay all the bills for production and produce via a Certified Public Accountant. Every month, a summary report on INCOME to the LLC and the money spent will be "Published" to the volunteer BOARD of the LLC. These will be 2 people in Each State or Nation which have a serious interest in insuring that the documentary is completed as per script. Part of the website will be for FANS and Public to ask a Board member a question.
Once the documentary is done, and put on TV everywhere, it is my hope that the Grand Jury of WE THE PEOPLE start, and INDICTMENT is made. Once made, Michael Jackson's name is Officially cleared because it will be known that Sneddon committed Crimes. Whether or not a Criminal trial Jury convicts Sneddon will be up to a new jury, but the evidence is tremendous, and a special Prosecutor will have to be summoned.

Michael Jackson deserves justice not just because he was Michael Jackson, but because EVERY HUMAN BEING deserves a fair treatment in and out of Court. If Michael Jackson can't get Justice, and he did NOT get Justice [justice is conviction of Tom sneddon]... then no one can get justice.

Yes, Thank you!:clapping:When the time comes I will donate and see what happens! That's my choice and anybody else if they do or not that's fine!

I don't think Mr.Wagener would risk his career by lying to us about doing this! That would down play the other people he is trying to help too! Cause he isn't just speaking out for MJ but, many other cases!

And the others reason why I want to help is because if u look at other people like Larry Nimmer, Aphrodite Jones, Geraldine Hughes and their efforts to help MJ has mostly fallen on deaf ears! Maybe just maybe this time will be different!?:angel:

Blue, thank you so much for posting this. I was nervous to listen to the video. However, after reading your post I will definitely donate to this. When I think of all the thousands of dollars I have given to people over the years--including beggars on the street who I do not know what they are doing with the money--then I could certainly give to an MJ cause. $10 is NOTHING. Unfortunately justice costs.

I been waiting for Sneedon to pay for what he did to MJ and others that helped him do it and maybe this will be it!? :) And if we the Fans and the general public make that happen...how cool would that be! :D So I pray this comes out right?! And I can definitely spear $10, that ain't nothing!
 
Blue, I agree with you. It is time we do more aggressive projects to clear Michael's name. It is good to write in threads, buy his music, etc. However, we have been doing this and his mom keeps saying he is innocent and still these things have not worked. Let's try this and see how it comes out. Hopefully, when people see that the fans can get together to work on this never-done-before feat, more people will come forward with the truth.

thanks for the info about the donations. after having read that, I am willing to donate for that cause. I don't have problem with people not being fans of MJ as long as they are respectful towards him.
 
Fans, beware. I totally support clearing Michaels's name in any way possible and I commend William Wagener's efforts. However, there are legal ways built into the system for bringing corrupt prosecutors, attorneys, court officials to justice and it doesn't involve making documentaries funded by fans (or anyone). There is a legal process for it but you better have verified FACTS
 
(con'd from above). Even if a documentary were to be made there's no guarantee it would be shown anywhere. It has to be sold to a station that's willing to air it. Mr. Wagoner would be better advised to take his facts to the proper authorities in the California legal system and go from there. This is my opinion only, I don't know Mr. Wagoner but I worked many years in the court system and know the ropes.
 
^ Let me just say I understand your concerns! But, the plan behind the doc is to get people to watch and support the idea and reality of Tom Sneddon indicted for the 05 MJ trial!

By Law WE the people can actually get that done it seems cause the authorities surely ain't gonna do it themselves cause it would have been done already!

WE the people need to make a BIG NOISE about it and then maybe something will be done!!

Please watch these two videos one with William Wagener where he addressed everything u just mentioned in ur two post in detail quiet clearly How it CAN be done & WHY it should be done by US through the law! And the other explains "Citizens Grand Jury Validity Authority!"

There was fraud committed in the MJ Trial by Sneedon (the Prosecutor) and others that can be proven through court transcripts (which is Court Record) and that pushes back any statue of limitations so says the constitution.

Edit: Also let me just add that I do wish this thread with something as important as this would get more attention here! Instead of threads about Oprah and such, people who can give to SH*t about given MJ TRUE Justice! Oh well... =(

That's what I thought too but TS is an big example for having use his powers and biaised ways to shake down some people like Michael, he used all the ways even illegal to reach his ends, we have saw it. Unfortunately everyone didn't have someone like Tom Mesereau to defend them. So if WW can really do something against this man, even if there are some immunity laws for prosecutors in USA I would be a part of it. That's my point of view. :)
 
There are no immunity laws in the U.S. for anyone (except at times certain branches of the government, but not prosecutors). The reason why no one has done what WW proposes is probably because the fraud hasn't been brought to the attention of the proper authorities. And by this I mean FACTS THAT CAN BE PROVEN. WW can make a personal video (U Tube or otherwise) of these facts and put them on the internet. He can also go in person to the proper people and file a complaint. There does not have to be a full fledged documentary, several million $$$ expense to achieve bringing TS or anyone else to justice if indeed they did commit fraud. If he were to do this I'm sure entertainment media would be all over it, thus exposure to the public would be extensive.
 
I do trust him, he has been trying to get Sneddon for years and put an end to the corruption in the county, and he spoke up at every opportunity he got in support of Michael. I hope he suceeds.
 
He has said he has asked certain people who can do something about Sneedon and all they do is look at him funny and walk away! He even interviewed a friend of Sneedon in one of his you tube vids (who is a lawyer I believe or has to do something with law) and he to didn't want to get into it! But, He eventually admits that what Sneedon did in the 05 trial was wrong!

So that's why this DOC IMO is important to create LOTS of Noise to the proper people like u said to do something about it! Cause they obvious ain't listening to William Wagener alone!

And their IS Evdence of Fraud there in the court transcripts for everyone to see and it happened right in front of media during the trial and at the Grand Jury! At the Grand Jury a Juror spoke up and said shouldn't that boy (Gavin Arviso) be wearing Gloves? When he touch a girly magazine that allegedly he said MJ gave him which was not true!

Also during trial Gavin said MJ gave him another Girly magazine at Neverland but, the mag wasn't even published yet! The Mag came out months after Gavin had already left Neverland! Oops! LMAO

Also a police officer one of Sneddon own friends admitted that they had the phone records all wrong when they tried to connect MJ with conspiracy through phone records! Then Sneedon tried to be slick and ask the judge to through out the evidence, but T-Mez said no it was introduce as evidence so it should stay and the judge agreed! And that was one of the things that the jury mentioned after acquitting MJ! That the phone records were pretty annoying because they showed no evidence!

Anyways, if u don't agree with the doc then don't donate! But, as for me I will! $10 bucks ain't nothing and I want to see if at least something can be done! I'm tired of just writing about it online and on threads...that ain't gonna do nothing! SMH
