thank you so much for your update.

yeah... lawyers hours are brutal. A few years ago, I worked at an office building in the financial district. there was a prominent law firm in that building. one night, i left work at 11 pm. i felt miserable and exhausted. when i got off the elevator, i saw a pizza delivery guy delivery pizza to the law office. gosh... those lawyers were staying till the morning hours... i feel sorry for them sometimes eventhough they earn tons of money.

I was working so I couldn't intervene before. I don't know why Andrey was banned and I don't need to know because it seems to be against the rules to say it publicly in the forum, but KingMJ, don't you think that you have become a specialist in reporting people to the MJJ staff on the one hand and to SONY music on the other? Can't you solve problems with people instead of constantly reporting them? Do you expect from people to respect you becaus eyou report them or even to talk to yo uknowing that you report them?

About Bin Laden, from what I've read here, just bear in mind this thread which are facts reported by a famous weekly "The Economist":

(before the WTC attacks)

1-George Bush wanted to increase the production of weapons ---> project not approved
2-George Bush wanted to build an anti-missile shield over the USA ---> project extremely unpopular and seen as igniting tensions rather than peace half done
3-George Bush creates (in his political mind) an axis of evil (curiously the axis is spreading from Afghanistan to Iraq (which borders with Turkey--one of US military allies). The only country where there is 0 foreign military force in the Middle East is in Iran (labeled as of course evil). In the axis, George adds North Korea, but of course doesn't move a finger and never talks about it.

4-WTC attacked --> no proof who did it. Bin Laden (ancient American ally trained by the CIA against the Soviet Union) despite his terrorists attacks rejoyces himself but denies being behind it!

(Aftter the attack):

5-George Bush's rejected project of producing more weapons is re-examined and this time approved.
6-In the catacombs of WTC firemen have difficulties to find bodies but "succeed to find" passports with names such as Muhammad. Grotesque!
7- George Bush must find the responsible --> Bin Laden? Saddam Hussein?
8- George Bush claims Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction. ----> Civilians killed, children killed, country destroyed, the dictator hanged, despite that the terrorists still blow themselvs creating chaos in that country (which is good for the price of the petrol and for George Bush's petrol industry that he owns); Finally George Bush says :"Justice has been done, but ooops no weapons of mass destruction." How embarrassing.

9- Two days ago Bin Laden is apparently shot in the head and thrown in the water! Obama states :"justice has been done"!

Wait a minute what justice are we talking here about? Bin Laden denied the attacks against WTC. He didn't have any reason to lie. Wouldn't be just to bring him to justice to interrogate him first? But THAT would be even more embarrassing, he knew too much. And why throwing his body in the water?




So, KingMJ, I don't know what Andrey said, but again, if you had family that has been killed in WTC, it is of course tragic and horrible, but if Andrey compared or talked about Bin Laden, know that the media doesn't write everywhere same things about him and that there's much controversy.

According to some hypothesis, George Bush would be responsible for the WTC. This is very common military strategy in order to be seen as a victim on the international scale and in order to have support in fulfilling the objectives, which in this case was ----CHEAP PETROL = BIG MONEY = BIG POWER.

Andrey himself told me to report a post if I had a problem with it. Tell Andrey thanks for the advice.

When something extreme, serious or grave has been done I have nothing against reporting. But seeing people reporting things about slightest word without trying to solve the issue with the person is actings as a coward. You say to people to turn the page but you can't turn it yourself, you immediately report, don't you.

If that "slightest word" is enough to get people a warning or even banned, they should not have said that slightest word. If something needs reported, I report it. I would say that comparing Osama Bin Laden to Michael Jackson is worth a report (not Andrey).

And you're so perfect, aren't you? The redeemer? Go on keep on reporting. What will you gain from it? Personal satisfaction that a person has been banned for 30 days and you think "that'll teach him"? Youare so wrong if you think that you are doing justice like that. All you do is creating fuss and hate with those reports, instead of counter-arguing. If you were in power surely censorship would reign and whoever would desobey the rules would be thrown in jail to expiate their sins!

I don't make the rules, I just follow them. If there was no rule break there would have been no 30 day ban. If you want to complain send a PM to Gaz, he banned Andrey, not me.

I reported him because he deserved to be banned, hence he was banned.

Ok, I shouldn't have said that. It is not for me to decide whether or not another member deserved to be banned. Gaz, the leader of this forum, decided he deserved to be banned.
