SLAVE TO THE RHYTHM to the next album!

STTR is more like a demo, i hope they could release the original and some mix version of this song

good idea both versions!
But i also want blue gangsta I LOVE that song.. and its more finished

I've been seeing a lot of hate against Teddy Riley.

Which is ironic because he produced most of Dangerous.

I really like Teddy's production on MICHAEL album. But I don't like his new bridge for Hollywood Tonight.

Am I the only one who thinks that the mix we've all heard is a reworked version of sttr??
At the beginning you can hear a different instrumental, which makes me think that they have "updated" the song... Can't be sure though...

I love the lyrics, the vocals and the melody but, to be honest, I don't really like the production (regardless of whether Michael was involved with it or not). As it has been mentioned, it has this club feeling and I am not really into it.

Anyway, I'd like the song to be on the next album, as long as it is the original untouched version, the way Michael left it. I just hate the idea of remixing his songs...
Yep, you can clearly hear a different beat in the headphones bleed at the beginning. I also do not like the instrumental as I am not a big fan of this kind of club songs either. The vocals are tremendous though, so if we would get the original version of the song on the next album, that would be tremendous imo. :)

But you gotta remember that during the making of Dangerous MJ was still around to add his musical touches to the mix. It was MJ's input that turned Dangerous from a great album into a genius album

Agreed....You can tell who the mastermind behind Dangerous was after listening to Teddy's botch job of Hollywood Tonight...

MJ was the producer of producers...

Yeah, Teddy really seems lost without MJ to guide him in the studio. With all the time Teddy spent working with Michael you think he would have learned a thing or two

My version of Slave To The Rhythm is someone talking at the background around 2'55",
EDIT: Also a unknown background noise around 2;30 - 2'41"

EDIT 2: 4:07" AGAIN

it;s very dancable !! Love it

I am making a compilation of demo tracks that leaked, about the Dangerous Demo's with the demo of Earth Song . . . Some tracks are 100% the same as on the Dangerous album, some are not . .

Yeah...Teddy is a good producer, but without Michael, his work seems sloppy, you know?

Teddy is a good producer...just keep him away from the Cascio's and go back to the basics like they did on Dangerous. Stop following trends...MAKE THEM!

Hope STTR and BG and APWNN will make it to the next album.

Don't forget about "Do You Know Where Your Children Are" Hess. That too is a good song.

Anything with Michael ACTUALLY on it should make for a good release. The controversy over the Cascio tracks is why the album underperformed.

^^^

Very true. If they include DYKWYCA the album can not be anything but great. :)

I agree really love DYKWYCA! But think we all have to wait a wile for a new album.

Do You Know Where Your Children Are

The drumloop from this track is a copy from another track, but don;t know which one at this moment....

^^ Yeah it is. actully many artists used this drumloop during the 90's. I cant remember it either:p

One of them I worked on real heavy. A song called Slve to the Rhythm. LA and babyface wrote the record. By me having so much familiarity on their music it was lots of fun to beat those guys up. I really wanted to destroy the production on their own record laughs. So that was fun and when I played it for them they were blown away.

Hope STTR and BG and APWNN will make it to the next album.

Blue Gangsta and A Place With No Name will make it to the next album as Dr. Freeze said, but with a newer and fresher prodcution.

I have a feeling that also Slave To The Rhythm will make the cut.The version we have is just a Pre-Mix just like Monster (no 50Cent) and Much Too Soon (no accordion).
