Murray Trial - September 27 - Day 1 - Discussion Thread

Went to MJs house on June 20th late morning/afternoon for a meeting. The meeting wasnt broken down to him, he assumed it was about MJ. Randy Phillips, MJ, Murray, Frank Dileo and himself were there at that meeting.

Murray was upset that he didnt let MJ rehearse and that he sent Mj home. He was upset and said he shld be the director and stop trying to be an amateur doctor.

Murray said MJ was physically and emotionall capable to do the shows and Kenny said he was shocked because MJ didnt seem to be physically or emotionally stable.

MJ agreed with Kenny in Murrays presence when he said they both ahd agreed on that MJ shld have gone home that night.

Kenny said he was concerned for MJs health and thats why he brought this up on MJ and MJ said he knows it but he is fine and hugged Kenny.
 
Ortega an amateur doc or psychologist. I believe Michael would have been in better off with an amateur doc.
 
June 23.. MJ was full of work etc, was another MJ

June 24... MJ was the same as the night prior - involved, full participate

MJ was feeling great and asked Kenny if he was happy and Kenny said yes and asked if MJ was happy and MJ said yes. MJ felt they were accomplishing the dream.

He loved magic and illusions and told Kenny to say tell the team he loved them all.

June 25th... rehearsals about the illusion would take place this day ... (i think Kenny are talking about Dirty Diana scene.. Mj would be on a bed and then dissapear and end up on a cherrypicker above the audience)

Kenny Ortega got a phonecall from Paul Congowore (spelling?) that MJ was at the hospital.... got aanother call from Paul that "we lost him"

I believe Kenny. I think Murray stopped giving Michael propofol for a couple of days after that meeting. Michael felt better and was great on the 23 and 24. The propofol was making Michael sick.
 
Kenny is a good man, if anything I'm glad Michael had him around in his final days, someone who truly cared for him.

And Karen Faye who have said often that Kenny is to blamed as well and have bragged how she e-mailed Phillips (trying to make it sound like she was the only one caring, HA)... and here we have seen that Kenny tried to do so as well but Kenny like a professional never bragged or dished about this case like Karen, well done Kenny. Bravo!!

Shame on some members of the Jaxn family to include Kenny in the AEG suit.

I feel bad for Kenny because he could see something was wrong and tried to help and didn't know what was going on.

Yes he said this around the time they pushed back the first shows (early June).
 
There must be something wrong with the combination of medications Conrad Murray gave to Michael on June 19.

He did just like everyone else did. Thats why he is included in the lawsuit

As I remember according to Karen Frank Dileo was the another one co-conspirator. So sad Frank can't take the stand anymore
 
Although it's difficult to watch, I'm glad that they are televising the trial because then everyone gets to see it how it is and the evidence can;t be twisted.

Is very hard though, worse than following Michael'sown trial. Through that I was full of fight, but with this I just feel very sad inside.

I think that some people want to jump to that. But, remember the last part of Ortega's email in which he stated how much Michael appeared to want this and did not want to see this slip away; he stated that with the right help, it could be done. But, keep in mind that the email was not meant for everyone (the public) because Michael did not make his business the public's and just think what the media would have done if they got a whimper of concern from Ortega. They would not have had the same attitude of "just help him get it together and then move forward." Michael would not have needed any of that. Any kind of help would have and should have come privately. Ortega knew this.

Yes Mike was happy on 23 and 24 during rehearsals, he was feeling well. It was the week before than Mike was not feeling good. Kenny didn't lie, he said what he saw.
 
Maybe Kenny was under pressure from AEG back then? Saing Michael was not fine wouldn't be good for the shows.

What did people expect him to say? Did people think that Michael would have wanted someone (without his consent) to indicate anything other than this was going to happen when he had every intention for it to happen?
 
Everyone has a right to have good days and bad days. We are humans not machines. I'm glad Kenny was there to support Michael when he needed it. We have to remember that Michael is a human being that had been suffering from illnesses for years. We are all aware of it. June 19th was a bad day for him but he was cared for by Kenny, bless him! About Murray's demeanour just disgusting! I would have kicked him out of the house in the meeting!
