Even Tito said it was racism, and he was right. The fact that everyone involved (MJ, Debbie, Prince, Paris) all say they are his makes it incredible that there are people here who know otherwise.

In California, there is a statute of limitations of two years from the child's birth or from a declaration of paternity to contest or establish paternity. This includes paternity of children in cases where a man married to the child's mother wants to contest paternity.

we dont know exactly what was talked in the background between him and the jackson family. how that all happened.

i think so, cause there is a difference. they know each other from the past.
if u go on street and ask someone for a dna test, you dont know the person, or met him before. that is a difference.

this discussion ("in the public") about if MJ is the father will never stops until there is a dna test or documents that shows who the father is.
thats sad, but the true facts. and no fan can change that.

fiddes is, for sure, after money. but the jackson family too.
and to my opionion, all this stories since mjs death about "father or not", and the answers the jackson family did, shows to me that they are not 100% sure who the father is. the biologically father.
and in my opinion they fight against everything that tries to stand up and say "hey i'm the father".
cause, and thats also my opinion, they are more afraid to lose some money then the world would know (only possibility) that mj is not the biologically father.

we both are not that far apart from each other.

I am not even talking about the family because IMO something is not clean in the milk about this whole baby daddy thing and them too. However I am talking about how degrading it is to even suggest that the kids take a DNA test just to make some people in the public who need to mind there own damn business happy. They know who their father was that is where it ends. Not what someone else thinks. And not even what the Jackson think

Let him go to L.A. then. this articles full of hot air and hardly different from the last time he shouted his mouth off.actions speak louder than words and hes done nothing he talks the talk but never walks the walk. just crawls out from under his rock every year or two for a payday from the dail mail and disapears again. the guys a nut job as you can see from his twitter comments claiming the jacksons have invited him to their concert. i guess he forgets the documentry where the family claimed he set them up and where katherine and tito were going to testify against him in a lawsuit.then again the jacksons attach themselves to anyone who claims they knew michael he also known as a attention seaking wannabe celeb in the area he lives . poor matt got left with claiming the child that is michaels spit. i bet hes gutted!

funny that when katherine was gonna testify against matt in that channel four lawsuit she said when she asked mj if he knew a matt fiddes mj said who?!

matt didnt meet mj till june 2002.he worked for him on one trip because hes buddies with uri geller and was never seen again. blanket was already four months old lol

Fiddes mother claims blanket looks like matt when he was a kid. i guess matt looked like a mixed race michael jackson as a kid lol aint that something. guess hes changed alot over the years. the fact these ppl will use and hurt children to get attention is sickening. and i would question whether the man should be raising is own children (if he is) consdiering what hes prepared to do in order to get money. than man claimed to be a multi millionaire yet dropped his lawsuit against channel four when they showed him as the con artist he is becasue he couldnt afford the legal costs funny that. he shows his colours to easily when called out on twitter claiming his was richer than mj. didnt realise fiddes had over a billion pounds worth of assets lol.:doh::wacko:

chris do you ask yourself this question over your own parents or your friends parents? shouldnt you doubt everyone that isnt the spit of both parents or has a dna test. do u have the same opinion of say jeremy and jordan jermaines two sons who look nothing like him. do you question whether hes the father. or is is because you take the word of someone like klien and actually think what he or others say is true .

or does this question only get asked of mj being the subhuman who hates himself so much as a blackman that he wont use his own sperm cause he wants white children and cause hes asexual and could never produce or do that sort of thing and no one could ever love him or what to have his children cause hes a subhuman weirdo. yes its sarcasam but its also the reason why certain elements of the media will always try to denie those children are mjs. they dont even go half way and say hes used a donor cause he didnt want to pass on his lupus and vitiligo cause shhhhh mj doesnt have that its just a big conincedence that his first born has vitiligo. aswell.

actually it's not okay - at least legally

Law wants stability in children's life. They do not want children to be in the never ending custody or paternity battles. That's why statue of limitations are established. California law allows unlimited time (no statue of limitations) to mothers to establish paternity but fathers only have 2 years to challenge or establish paternity.

The reasoning behind this is that the children already has father in the eyes of law. If a man puts his name as the father on the birth certificate - making the child a heir- or takes care of the child, he's establishing that he's the father. Both in CA and in European Union, courts have determined that the biological fathers do not have the right to challenge paternity of the legal fathers. Why? Because legal fathers are the ones who took care of the children.

It doesn't matter what you think about "biological" father of any children, their fathers are the fathers that took care of them.

Matt can speak as much BS as he wants, he doesn't have the grounds to do anything. He would never ever be able to get a DNA test, or challenge paternity or get visitation rights - legally.

Hopefully Jacksons will also ignore him.

but the question she/he asked me was not about the legal system. he/she asked if i think its ok.
and i think its ok. my opinion. if its a person from the past, i would understand that. otherwise of course not.

what your parents took a dna test?? because going by your argument no ones knows if their father is their father unless u have one. or does that only apply to michael and is their only doubt when it cones to mj. do u think jeremy and jordin are jermaines. jermaine jr looks like randy so?!

would it make u feel better if the kids went on maury? no need to put your issues on them because youve been had by the media

i dont doubt anyones paternity why should i unless someone is openly known to be adopted. you obviously doubt everyone or is it just mj u have an issue with. cause if you do why is that and why dont u wonder about yourself or your neighbour or jermaines kids etc etc. im abit more educated than to think every mixed race person should look like the darker skined of the two parents. And i certainly educated enough to not to be taken in by the media to think mj was full of self hatred and made sure his black dna wasnt passed on. which is the reason given for the children not being his.

Scared? o_O lol Huh...why would that scare anyone? What makes someone a father isn't the blood anyways it's who takes care of them. And MJ had done that so he would still be the father reguardless and legally aswell since his name is in the birth certificate.

But, for me he is the bio dad as well and he deserves that to be acknowledge. Sick and tired of some trying to take away from him. It's plain racism that every so called white friend MJ had people are tryin to make them MJs kids dad. It's sick! Especially when u know someone like Fiddes background of Fraud and the lies I don't get why some still want to give this guy a chance. SMH

And another thing mjchris why are u so worried about the Jackson family? They were not close to MJ so who gives a crap if by any means they not sure if MJ kids are his?
